When I tell you I am mad right now, I am. Last month I spoke to an agent by the name of Devin. There was an issue in my policy. When I spoke to Devin he told me that I would be getting a refund for $296. I asked when should I expect my refund in my bank account. He said “We don’t give refunds we credit your account. So next month it will be credited to your payment.” Of course I was upset. I eventually got over it. So here we are next month and no refund. When I called and spoke to DEVIN he told me that he said it would be credit to my policy not payment. Now little did he know I had someone in the car with me that heard the whole conversation. When I asked to speak to a supervisor this month and last month he said that the owner is on vacation and that he is a supervisor. Also what told me was not what he put in his notes. He definitely scammed me out of my money. And a liar!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is what makes the job function, and this place seems to lack to that Mandy hung on me and didn’t return my call it’s poor customer service and she seemed to insult my intelligence due to the lack of knowledge of her profession.

I am with them for over 18 months, the price never goes down, when I told them that their colleague told me at the first day that we are not like other companies, now they are telling me he is no longer working here and he tells lied to you.
Second thing their customer service is Ajent is very disrespectful and very very rude even she yelled at me while speaking, why should I wait for my wife insurance ID 10 days?
you guys have to be professional and respect your customers.
You guys are there because of us.
I am changing my insurance and will never join this company even if I have to pay double of what I am paying now, at least I will have respect.

This insurance group never good with assisting. I get better results when I complete the task myself by contacting corporate. And the prices are constantly going up every 6 months. No one in the office can provide clear answers to your questions it always a call at least day and half later. My car was stolen and not one time did they assist, I did everything myself. If your customer has a claim open you should at least reach out to them one time. Enter at your risk. They were good in the beginning but they lost their touch.
