One star is being kind. Ordered washer, dryer, fridge, and range from Lowes who contracted with XPO to deliver and install. Lowes people were great. XPO people just the opposite. We live in an old farmhouse and from the moment the two delivery people arrived, I was met with 'We can't ______________" and "It won't fit". Stunned at how little effort the workers showed to find solutions. I finally asked why they were being so unhelpful and they said it was company policy to not do anything more. They left trash in the yard, didn't remove plastic and tags, didn't check functionality of the machines, and seemed to be racing against a clock to get off our property. We have had great success with a plumber, a tree guy, electricians, and more - tipping them, feeding them, working alongside them and leaving great reviews. I called Manager at Lowe's to express my disappointment with XPO.

Pathetic and completely incompetent in every way! Waiting on an amazon delivery for over 8 weeks! Call center in the Philippines so forget about talking to someone in the states. I'm on my 18th call to get a simple delivery. They promise call backs and that never happens. They flat out lie.

Difficult to reach customer service. When you do, the information that they give you is vastly different than the information that is provided via text message for your delivery. They tell you that there is no 4-Hour delivery window but the text you get gives you a 4 hour delivery window. When I asked them to find out from the driver roughly what time they would arrive, they said they could not do that. When I called back, the other rep I received was able to contact them. Supposedly. Gave me another 4-Hour window which was not met. Finally received my items, but I had to leave and all of the heavy items were left on my porch instead of being put in my garage. Had to hire help to get that moved. Customer service staff was friendly on the phone as was the driver when he called me.

If only I could leave 0 stars - single handedly the worst experience with a shipment that we have ever had! Samsung uses this company for delivery of appliances. We live 70+ miles from the warehouse and they canceled our order the morning of delivery multiple times without any reason given, just a reschedule.Their customer service is nearly impossible to get a hold of - basically you have to pretend you don't have the phone number it was ordered under or the order number and then you get connected to an operator - could not do it any other way (I called multiple times and tried all the options). I was told the packages were damaged (a fridge and dishwasher) - they would have continued to allow us to schedule only to be cancelled if I had not called to find out - all the person on the phone did was apologize. That person said they would contact Samsung for replacements but never did. This was a foreign operator in another country.I had to get a hold of Samsung for which they sent replacement items and had the damaged ones shipped back. Now we schedule again with XPO - this time they restricted our access to schedule and we had to call them. They said they had no delivery availability at all and someone would call back. They call back a few hours later and schedule us for the delivery a few days after stating that installation would happen the day of delivery (odd because it is written EVERYWHERE in the emails that installation happens at a secondary date). We asked them regarding this and they repeat it will be delivered and installed on the same date.Morning of delivery, items never get on put on the truck, online tracker says nothing - hours of waiting for the online customer service chat to find out they don't have an installation person so they didn't put them on. We cancelled the order and returned the items to Samsung as we could not wait any longer.Is it because no one wants to cross the Bay Bridge to come to our area???? How can you cancel repeatedly without reason????

Horrible service - Ordered a washer, dryer and pedestals on 2 separate orders. The delivery person scratched both sides of the first order. No apologies. When you call the customer service people can’t assist you. They just apologize and indicate someone will call you back. Second issue - driver stated he came to my home to deliver the second order at a specific time but lied because I was home all day waiting for the second part. I have never received my second order after being sent multiple emails. I have since cancelled the entire order and I’m waiting for a full refund.

Please for whatever reason, don’t use this company. I bought a Samsung washer and dryer from Samsung n they were to be the delivery and installation. The team who came to deliver lied and stated they weren’t meant to install it n that the right team with the tool to comeInstall would come. They left and stated service completed. I waited days before I realised the delivery team played a fast one on me. I left a review and they called me to discuss and then told me it was because I didn’t have the drain el al, i told that was a lie though.The next team came, i provided them with the electrical instructions from the builder because my home is new, still they did what they liked and when they plugged it in, it tripped off. They concluded the dryer was faulty, i called My builder who stated that they have to follow the instructions n that we have to turn the tripper back on. I did that and the dryer worked. The washer is wobbly because they didn’t put the Anti-Vibration pads that came with the dryer so the washer is wobbly.Then i called to complain and told them the dryer vent wasn’t installed, neither was the anti pad placed in. I was informed i would get a call back in 48hrs max to resolve this issue, 1 week after nobody has called or anything. Now i have to go pay someone else to come get the anti-vibration pad in so it’s not wobbly and to plug in the dryer.Just because of their unprofessionalism I wouldn’t be buying from Samsung again. I’ll stick to best buy and the geek squad.Don’t ever use this company.

Not able to give Zero stars, or I would. No delivery, no call, what a useless company! Waited for a mattress for a delivery between 3 and 7 pm. Had I not called their poor excuse for a help line, I would still be waiting. USELESS!

Would give them no star but I can’t. They have horrible customer service. I had to keep calling to see if my stuff will be actually coming to be told no the system should not have called, then was told to just ignore what the update tracker online says. So it a just hope nobody takes your stuff if your porch or home your home when it comes if it comes.

Literally the worst customer service. I had to reschedule my delivery 4 times because they say they dont have anyone that can provide ID of being a us citizen to get into where I live, then when I finally got my package it was broken. So great job xpo
