Nice facility but staff were the least helpful. We went in asking about cancelling and what needed to be done/ returned and staff literally said come back when you are ready to cancel. They didn’t give us a list of what needed to be sent back. When we complained about the increasing prices, the staff member was just like I know we charge a ton. We cancelled Xfinity because the prices are outrageous, they charge extra for the equipment you use, then fees keep on increasing. Verizon is so much cheaper and they don’t charge for the router, extender or receiver- 5G- those are all for free and it’s $80 a month (taxes and fees included)!!

I returned a WiFi device and it was easy. The young man who served me had impeccable customer service. It took less than 15 minutues. The store was bright, clean and inviting.

I was just at this store to return my old equipment because of an upgrade.Camryn was fantastic.Very knowledgeable and explained what was going on to me.I would recommend this store.Greated as soon as I entered the door.Great experience!!

Store is beautiful but the staff is not cooperative or supportive.She was very rough and didn’t explain well. I was closing my account because of moving to other state where they don’t have services.

Xfinity sham me out of my money by telling a lie about me having 3hundred and seventy dollars credit and thought it was the truth so I figured I didn't have to pay my cable that month and they said now you are a month behind.One night I called Xfinity and said that my mobile phone had a virus on it and they said that since I didn't pay for security it why my phone has a virus.So I called the next morning to talk with someone else and was told that Xfinity doesn't have no kind of security policy. They also said that I was no longer eligible for ACP as well.I am going to sue Xfinity for taken advantage of me because of my age and after I paid the fifteen dollars for security which they lied about it and when I went to my account with them they had placed my fifteen dollars in my account as credit with them instead of just telling me the truth and placing my finance back on my credit card.

The people working there are great, helpful, that's the 5 stars ! The only issue I have is what this company charges just to be connected.. It is crazy that these companies get away with these outrageous prices.. I don't even want to get started with BGE..

Arrived in the store expecting for it to be a little time consuming. While browsing around I heard a voice asking if they can be of assistance.. I actually ignored it being as I had only been in the store only about two minutes (if that long). I explained my issue and the young lady (Nikia) was off like a shot and before I could even get comfortable, she was back with equipment in hand asking if their was anything else she could help me with. Needless to say, it was a true pleasant experience having quick attentive service!!

Replaced my modem. Staff was very friendly and they had me in and out in less than 10 min!Only downside is they need to become more modern with their accepted payment methods. You don't accept cash except for the kiosk, ok. But you dont accept tap, or even chip insert either?? Just swipe
