Was pretty crowded when I came in, I was just swapping out equipment. I got in line to wait my turn and one of the associates asked what was the purpose of visit, I told her I was just exchanging some equipment and she directed me to a kiosk and swapped my equipment right there. Awesome job from an awesome team.

The wait is long. Please be prepared to wait for an hour before anyone helps you. Other than the wait, my visits here are usually pleasant. If you are going in to sign up for internet my advice is to check online deals first, they're charging a $25 special for internet that you purchase online and $45 is the lowest price they would provide me in the store. I will be doing all of my business online from now on.

How the heck do you get someone on the phone? Every time I try to call I get redirected to some other center. Trying to get our Internet back and can't reach anyone that can answer ANYTHING!!

Long waits.
No one knows what the hell they're doing if you have a problem with your account. They call customer service only for them to place you on hold indefinitely. When the line is answered, I quickly find that they are just as clueless as the person I'm standing in front of.
I hate it here too!

Not a review of this store in particular but the company in general. Cable goes in an out, Netflix is hit or miss even though it's paid for. Try to cancel and they hang up in the middle of the call,I guess hoping you'll change your mind so they can scam you out of more money. I found a service for almost next to nothing compared to what they charge for their horrible cable service. So glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. If you've been doing the same thing for over 30 years and you still have constant issues then something isn't right. Don't waste your time or money.

This store is fine. This actually about Xfinity services.Unfortunately because I couldn’t call the store directly I made two trips. The first could have been eliminated had The Xfinity tech listened to what service I wanted and needed instead of trying to add Setvices to the Discounted service I selected. Once I went into the store I was given the wrong device. I figured because I was told I could pick it up at the store I would be given the correct equipment. I even asked the young lady working the desk that day if that was what I needed after telling her I was interested in WiFi she assured me I had the correct device. Even though it didn’t look like one I was familiar with through another company. So … I get a Lyft back home only to find out it’s not the right one. It was hot I have COPD and CHF I was exhausted. I tried to work with what I was given. Only to find out via Xfinity chat. It was not the right one and in order for me to have the service I wanted I would need a tech to come do an install. (My unit is newly renovated) So I get a Lyft a day or so later and go back to the store and after explaining to the young lady at the desk again she said have a seat someone would see me shortly. I guess I had the getting irritated look on my face because a tech in the store came over and said she noticed I had been sitting She was helping another customer but she actually stopped to address me and got another tech to help me immediately. That was impressive lol. So I meet with Brian who had a wonderful personality Thank God because I was in angry mode. Long story short Brian was able to understand and help me. Set up that appointment for the install gave me the device I wanted and hit me to switch mobile service. He also contacted his Mgr who he explained my issues to and I was given a discount as a courtesy for the inconvenience. I get my Lyft back home and now I’m getting these messages and because I just moved in and didn’t want to wait for weeks I rescheduled my Doctors appointment so I could home. NO ONE CAME. I WAS TOTALLY DISTURBED. I didn’t reschedule a hair or nail appointment it was a Doctors appointment. I sat and waited all damn day No one came . Now I’m feeling snowed because I was shown excellent customer service with Brian and his Co Workers only to come home with a really not needed extra bill and no internet. When I called the Main number they said I never had an appointment and the next available appointment was close to two weeks. That’s when i snapped for real. I went off I told her that I had just spent hours in the store the day before and I saw him I thought make the appointment. I asked for a supervisor because I wasn’t having it. I tried to contact Brian who had given me his number while I was on the phone with the Main Office Tech who kept telling me how to hook up my device ….i told her I was needed a service appointment duh? That’s why I was calling. Eventually I was given Senior Tech Supervisor Eric who was excellent my Service was scheduled with another minimal discount it wasn’t the amount but the principle and the Tech showed up but I was left to figure everything else out He told me I wouldn’t have service until the “next day” I called Brian …nothing I kept trying until I figure it out “that evening “ I learned that yea the store is fine nice location in Bmore. But it’s really all about sales. They make sure they get their commission but isn’t that what Customer Service is about ? Wish they would have reimbursed me for the multiple trips lol.

i am in a hell of indescribable torment and this review is a cry into to the abyss. i cannot wait until the internet does not exist anymore and would do anything to see it happen in my lifetime. all the employees of this hellish outpost are lovely and kind. they need to be paid much, much more. xfinity’s executives belong in prison. please just plug me in, put a chip in my head, do whatever you have to do so i never have to think about my internet service provider again. help me please.
