I don't frequent this location often. The Entire staff was female, aside 1. They were all team oriented and worked well together. They displayed adaptive customer interaction skills and are clearly able to multi task. I appreciated the ambiance and support I received from the moment I entered until I returned home task accomplished. I was able to trade out an old modem for an updated one, not the newest one which sucks but I guess.

This review is for the XFINITY Cell phone Business service not the store. The staff in this store are really good and helpful at trying to fix the problems that this company's sales reps create, but even they cannot help the absolutely horrible cell service provided by XFINITY. In my experience they have very weaks signals and networks, so don't let them lie and talk slick and tell you that it is on par with the other big boys. This is a DECEPTION. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Their sales reps outside the stores tell you anything to get a sale and are very deceptive to get sales. They misrepresent statements in order to get you to change your carrier. If you are called by a Comcast Business representative named Peter I____ or Matt K___, please do yourself a favor and hang up. This was the worst experience ever. Please do not to take the risk and leave your carrier for them no matter what they say or offer. If they offer $200 gift cards for every line, they won't tell you that it could will take 90 days to even hope to see it. They fedex'd it to a location that they didn't tell me they would. 2 out if 3 of the phones I switched over had texting and calling issues. The new phone after about a week couldn't even make or receive phone calls and that was their brand new phone. If that weren't enough, XFINITY not the in-store staff, was not trying to let me return the phone that we couldn't even fully use. DO NOT SWITCH YOUR BUSINESS PHONE TO XFINITY FOR ANY REASON AT ALL.

This is one of the busier locations. The wait times can be lengthy but the employees I’ve witnessed did work quickly to address each customer. Each employee I encountered was kind, knowledgeable and thorough.

The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Even though they were busy they ensured every customer was greeted and set expectations for wait time.

Apparently I had a bill of $38 after I canceled my account. I never received any letter or notification until they had the nerve to send a $38 bill to a debt collection agency.
I will NEVER sign up for Comcast again. I am happy T-Mobile Home Internet user. It's faster, more reliable, and much better customer service.
I encourage everyone living in Baltimore to make the switch to T-Mobile!

Xfinity has my name spelled wrong on my account, even though when I bought the phone I gave them state id, I have called over & over & still my name on a phone I paid for is not corrected, causing me identity problems, the worst customer service ever😡😠🤬 I caught the mistake before I left the store, I am disabled and did not want to make a trip back, the customer service person called herself K took my phone somewhere in the store and came back and said she had changed my name to the correct spelling, when I got home I checked it was not changed & even though I have been calling customer service for over a year they still have not corrected the spelling of my name, this is so frustrating & annoying to make me go through this 😱😱
