I went to Boston street xfinity store to buy a iPhone 16 pro max and Darrell the sale consultant was very helpful, I got what I wanted and help me out with rewards and help me as well get an iPhone and Apple Watch and phone case and got my brother an Apple Watch I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs help and he deserves a raise

took forever and took like three people that came if AFTER us before us. We were told it'd be a ten minute wait MAX. We were waiting for about an hour. I don't appreciate being lied to.

I love the good customer service but when you have 10 people waiting to be seen you cannot have a 30 minute conversation with one customer.

I went to this store to solve a billing/address error and a router issue that the online customer service could not seem to fix. Daniela at the store helped me fix the address change issue, explained the billing adjustment, and consolidated and corrected all my information in the app within 20 minutes. Then I went back a week later to return my old router, and she helped me again, and was AGAIN so friendly and efficient.

I made an appointment to upgrade my modem so they knew my reason for visiting. The representative gave me the same modem instead of the upgrade. I spoke with Xfinity 6 x & Amazon 3x for my fire stick. However you cut it, I won't be able to watch television until Tuesday .
