Great location. Close to beltway. Nice quite community. A lot of great amenities like the 24 hr gym and can't wait to try out the pool. Management keeps you abreast of the goings on.

We lived in westerlee apartments for about
more than a year now and recently we switched our apartment because someone broke our window down at night while we were asleep. We used to live in the basement and we didn’t feel safe at all in there so we moved down a few apartments down. After a few months of staying in the new apartment our neighbors upstairs were really noisy we hear footsteps all night they play loud television we hear kids running around we can barely sleep. We never decided to complain either and tolerated it because we have an 18 month old baby as well so we understand how its like to have noisy children. Our neighbors downstairs makes fake complaints against us saying we’re loud we play loud music which we have never done but the neighbors upstairs do that all night remind you that we have an 18 month year old baby as well she likes to play a little so it makes a little noise but its not loud at all shes very quiet compared to other babies. So we were at new york for one whole day we return home and find a letter at the door it said that our neighbors have been complaining about us being loud, kicking the floor playing loud music, which is not true at all and it told us its our final warning until they give us a 30 day eviction notice now we cant even walk around our house properly anymore we have to force our kids to be quiet so that we dont get evicted it doesn’t even feel like we can live here properly anymore. We tolerated our neighbors loudness now we have to face the consequences its not fair at all.

Westerlee is a great place to transition from being a homeowner to a renter. The community is clean and quiet. The leasing office has awesome customer service all needs were met and addressed in the same day. The leasing office specifically has great teamwork. Tez was very attentive and flexible. She made sure that we understood each step of the process and all of the amenities. In addition to all of the extras that we could participate in such as reserve parking which we have taken advantage of and enjoy.
We also like the care of the inside of the apartment buildings and the outside lawn care of the property. We also like the fact that they consider this apartment homes not just apartments.

The apartment community is friendly and very easy to live with in the building. The community is wonderful and I do want to live here on more year til we can buy a house

I checked out three apartment complexes and Tez at the Westerlee was by far the most gracious, helpful, and welcoming we experienced. A great first impression! She deserves a raise!!

I have been living at Westerlee for 1.5 years, and so far it's been a stellar experience! I am most impressed with maintenance. There has not been one issue that wasn't addressed and repaired within 24 hours.
The other day the upstairs neighbor's pipe burst and our walls were beginning to flood. We called the front tech and service technicians were at our door within 30 minutes... incredible!! The problem was fixed same day and here I am two days later in a completely dry apartment.
Ladonna and Alexis are complete professionals and work hard to make Westerlee great!!

Lived here for about a year (two bedroom apt), while in a transition period. Management was excellent in helping me apply and get moved in. Repairs & maintenance (routine & emergency) were handled quickly. Neghborhood is also fairly quiet. (YMMV with immediate neighbors). No major complaints from me. Would recommend.
