Had a noon appointment with Liz to process a CD renewal. After waiting for over a half hour, she hands me over to another employee who doesn’t even know how to handle CDs. That employee had to call the help center just to get a step-by-step turorial on how to help me. After over an hour I had to leave due to another commitment and didn’t even get to finish the transaction. Not sure why it couldn’t have been done over the phone in the first place. The staff seemed horribly slow, disorganized, and incompetent. Completely wasted my time. Don’t go there.

This my favorite branch I am in pikesville so Elizabet was nice and helpful person thank youLast time I when I a this place I have but costomer service trying to do wire transfer for 3 thousand and guy was not a good guy only when he’s see the manager camen from outside he help me was 4:30 he told was late the branch close at 5:00 also was not clients at the store.

If you are cashing a check for a large amount or making a large withdraw, The teller told me she couldn’t give me my money my because it “wasn’t available”. I asked why is it showing in my account that it is? After me asking her many questions and going back and forth she finally allowed me to make a withdrawal. I may have been profiled and called to complain to the manager but never received a response. I wouldn’t go to this location again, because why did they lie and say the money in my account wasn’t available when it actually was? And in the end I got my money but only after asking many questions.
