Worst customer service at this location. I am done with the attitudes at this bank, I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am treated rudely everytime I visit a location.

Worst customer service and all the staff here is rude and unhelpful. I have been a WF customer for over 20 years and I am done with this banks attitude. This branch needs bad customer service help!

Shaniyah is a great teller! She helped me with my tedious deposit and had a great attitude the entire time. She was very patient with me even though I had no clue what I was doing. 10/10, give her a raise :)

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for quite sometimes I have two business accounts under them but for some reason this branch for the last three times I have came here they are always super busy to do anything you need appointment to even do a wire transfer. Every time I come the people that have the office cubicles they’re just sitting around and what I needed to get done was maybe top 2 to 3 minute of work this is very inconvenient. I might be considering taking my business to a different bank. I’m very disappointed at Wells Fargo.

Not every teller is polite and helpful in this bank. Do not expect to receive a cup of coffee or freshly baked cookies, as complementary services for being a customer, either. In this bank, you are not going to see that 4-foot-tall Pepper, a semi-humanoid manufactured by SoftBank robotics. I will not be shocked if this financial services company (quietly) shares data about its customers with social media companies, including Facebook. It may be a new day at Wells Fargo but still thrives on various fees, as usual. To this day, some unhappy customers are describing Wells Fargo as “…established in the 19th century, corrupted as hell in the 21st century…”

Dear Wells Fargo, Honestly I’m astounded by your architecture. It is truly an incredible eyesore. Legos and a Big Mac lid. Why, whyyyy do you do this?! I propose you get rid of this tired box minivan thing and go for something more art nouveau. It might be a challenge but I think it’ll be better than this Fisher Price Barbie car. Or maybe even old western architecture, isn’t that your narrative, like stagecoach or something? Or maybe steampunk? No more militant cinder blocks and blandness. It’s an eyesore and an affront to your community. I want archeologists to want to dig us up not bury us!

Great for drive-thru or visiting lobby for transactions. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs.

If I could give a negative star I would. Please avoid going to this branch, they take forever, tellers are more concerned about what's going around them, and not about customer. I went to withdraw money my only mistake was not counting it, they gave me $1000 short, went back immediately, they said I should had count it, before leaving the branch. This happend on a Saturday, they said they will have a manager call me back on Monday, waited no one call me back, so I went in on a Wednesday, they said they will do an investigation, told them to check there cameras, because they didn't gave me the correct amount, they said they will get someone from there investigation team to call me back. They didn't until I call them, eventually someone call me back, they said they will have an answer for me by the 28 of the month, they call me back on the 2nd just to said they didn't found anything inconclusive, for that reason the branch wasn't going to give my money back. If it was the other way around if they were missing money they will definitely find out who they gave to, but since it's not their money, they can't do anything and they are not responsible. PLEASE IF YOU GO TO THIS BRANCH MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR MONEY, Otherwise they can easily steal from you.

The tellers have absolutely no sense of urgency. I spent 30 mins of my lunch break just standing in line.The bankers are great people though.

Very poor service at the drive through, even though they have 3 separates stations.I was the only customer at that drive through, I still had to wait about 25- 30 minutes. And it’s not one time I had this issue. I requested the lady that I needed to go pick up my kids from the bus stop. Her response was, “do you want to do the deposit or not ?”

There was no lines at all! Excellent! I was at Martin Boulevard branch and it has been closed for 2 days. That's why I came to this branch may have to come here from now on.

I hate this bank. No overdraft protection. They charge you for everything. I was told on the phone I could walk into the bank and close my account. When I arrived I was told that I ddnt need an appt and the girl told me tht appts are priority. There is not one person in here and I've been waiting forever. If there are no appts walking in why are they not taking care of me! I just want to close my account and be done with this terrible bank. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I was to the drive thru to get a cashier check. and they told me for money order and cashier check I have to come inside. since when that rule been like that. I always go to drive thru because inside ittakes for ever to get someone to help you out.
