THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!!! Not one Wells fargo associate within this branch, NOR CORPORATE, would assist us with getting an account verification for a New Client. We were refused and pushed to a handful of other departments over & over again. They out right refuse to assist you and then literally contacted our client telling them they do not give letters or any information!!!!!!!

They most fridays have only one teller in the front and one in the drive thru. They need to plan so customers dont have to wait over 10 minutes with a line between 6-10 people. When it is in the end of the month, like today, 2 customers walked out as the line was slow to move. I thought banks were in the people business, at this pace, people will find other alternatives and stop banking at this location

This would have been a 1 ⭐️ if it hadn’t been for me going inside to speak with the transaction approval authority face to face. I came from out of town for a funeral to make a withdrawal. I didn’t have the debit card because I came home on emergency and hadn’t arrived at my home yet since I just opened the account, but they accepted two deposits from my other assets. I went to withdraw some cash and got held up for 30-35mins for suspicious deposit into my account (nothing suspicious a transfer from my leasing agent paying remittance from my renters.)
Gave them both of my IDs and that still wasn’t enough. They were looking through books to verify my retired ID from the DoD. I honestly think there was a bit of a subjectivity and profiling going on by the supervisors on this day and warrants the low rating, but I talked with him seemed to clear things up. It shouldn’t have been anything to clear up. I called Wells Fargo customer service and they said there shouldn’t be any reason they aren’t letting me withdraw. The person at the window kept saying it wasn’t going to be long. That wasn’t the case. Had a smooth ish conversation with the transaction approval manager. Initially he said he’s the “approval authority of all transactions.” I’m like what does that mean? Those assets in that account belong to me. So approve my request to withdraw my assets.
No one should be able to just hold you up because of their personal suspicions/preference when you have an account in good standing and assets ready to withdraw. This branch bank of Wells Fargo did just that. I had a specific time slot allotted to this withdrawal which is why I was the first to show up in the morning to do this.
I had to be at a funeral. This should have been a 10-15min ordeal, but took 30-35 mins. Unacceptable especially if you have the appropriate identification to access your accounts. He was peeling on my retirement ID like it was fake and looking through this Identification booklet that’s what alarmed me seeing that through the window. So I went inside at that point. I guess if you’re from out of town it looks suspicious when you’re trying to pull assets from your account in another state to this specific team. I don’t want to be that person and make it a race thing, but it sure felt that way.

I did not like the fact that Ms. Keona keeps interrupting me every time I tried to explain my situation to her. She should not have been talking to me as if I don't know what my business name is,
among other things.
I found her approach to be rude and unprofessional.

Hands down the worst branch of any wells Fargo I have ever been to. No longer a commercial line, so you are forced to wait in line. Speaking of which is daily of an average of 10 to 15 people on any given day as they only have one teller. So if you like waiting in line on average for 30 mins plus. This is the bank for you! And as you can see from their boiler plate response below. Wells Fargo just doesn't care. Thanks.

only got one star because you need click something. this bank is horrible, they short change your business on a change order you try calling in to bank and spend 30 minutes trying to get someone on phone . call center is even worse talks to you like you are a child. will never ever recommend wells fargo to anybody.

This branch is in need of some serious assistance. Having 1 teller scream your financial business in front of 15-20 other customers is totally unacceptable. I felt extreme first and second hand embarrassment while visiting this branch.

Incredibly slow service, even on Fridays and first of the month there’s never more than one teller working, sometimes there’s 8-10 people standing in line and it takes forever to get out. Hire more people

Horrible experience. I went in there today and gave McKenzie my DL and she did not give it back with the cash envelope. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until 1 hour later. I checked the envelope if it was in there but it wasn’t. I called several times but no answer. I went back to the bank and she claims she put it in the envelope. Why would she put it in the envelope and not hand it back to me.? I requested if they could review the camera and see if she gave it back but it was ignored. They checked their area and it’s not there. I’ve searched my car even in places it couldn’t be. So now I’m without my DL and have to get another one from MVA.

No one ever answers the phone at Middle River branch and there are never any actual bankers there so getting an appointment is impossible. Well, I am showing up today and some one best be prepared to see me and resolve my problems. I would think someone would care if I decide to take all my money out. It is not a little bit of money . We are talking several hundred thousand. I guess no one cares...
