First visit to this branch. I had a serious problem and each person we dealt with was awesome. They treated me with respect and kindness. They helped me to get things straightened out. Thankyou all so. much!! I wish I got their names. Buy they couldn't have been nicer.

I used the drivethru this morning to make a mortgage pymt. The teller (EFTERPI) said she had to make an adjustment because the amount I sent thru the tube did not reflect what was on the mortgage slip. After getting home and looking at the slip I see it is she who made the mistake. I put 928.05 cash and the statement slip in a Van Gaurd bank paper envelope but she only took out the paper bills & slip, she did not look in the envelope for the coin. Which was there. Mistakes happen, not upset about that. But in trying to notify the Merritt location of this over sight was extremely frustating because I kept getting switched to a cental call center who just made things worst. So, Merritt Blvd location if you see this your drive thru tellers need to make sure they are accurately looking & counting properly.

I can not believe the issues with this bank. $3000 stolen from my sons account. There is enough evidence proving it wasn’t him. Two executive complaints were filed and no response from the bank. Every time we called the ignorance and lies from the representatives was insane. We have been dealing with this for two months. We will be filing a complaint with the FDIC. Despite the branch manager realizing and making a statement it is fraud he will not reach out to anyone to assist. Apparently my son is at fault because he does not log on to his account every single day. Three days in a row someone transfers $1000 from his account each day. They added a Georgia cell phone number where Wells Fargo sent a one time passcode to. When my son called to report fraud magically they sent the one time passcode to the correct bank.

Love this bank, they have been very helpful and very kind to me, even on the phone the willingness to help me was awesome, im really glad i bank with them. The tellers have always been so kind to me. Great service, I recommend anyone to bank with them.

I came in the bank I got dirty looks from the worker who was Caucasian her name Effie she refuse to work with African Americans the black workers had to asked me if I needed assistance only help people with lighter skin over dark skin people racist practices too I waiting behind someone else because I was black 15 minutes to be exact ;(

I stood in line for 25 minutes. One teller on duty. Then a women comes out to help and she states she needs two forms of id for me to deposit money in my account even though I had my bank card and cash ti deposit. Why do I need an ID to deposit cash into my account if I have my bank card. She was just racist black women. Then the blonde women was laughing at us when we asked her if they have any one else to help.

If you need to make a quick stop to this location, You need a list 1 hour to go make a transaction if you go inside dont matter what you need pull money or help with credit card

DO NOT go into this bank and use them. A friend of mine has a business account with them. One of the bankers there Julia Maykrantz told and ex business partner the current owners personal information and information on the account. There is proof from a live Facebook video. The banker is still working there. She is still telling the ex business partner stuff on the account. She then sends her husband into the business and he threatened to kill the business owner who is a Wells Fargo customer.

This bank is a freakn JOKEE!! Everytime I come theres only one bank teller with a long line...drive through only has one lane ope . You mean to tell me this BANK cannot afford to hore more employees?? This place is an absolute Joke. Definitely can tell its a bank located in Dundalk. Even qhen you do get to thw teller Theyre soo slow its ridiculous. Place needa new Management. Woret bank Ive ever been to by far.

I love the bank inside but they never have any working bank machines outside they are always broke. The machine told you to go to highland town which is ridiculous
