Worst experience and I been too plenty. This short Caucasian older lady was rude and lying to me but I left to keep the peace respectfully.

The customer service was outstanding. I left one Wells Fargo branch that had no respect for my time. To arrive at another that treated me spectacularly. Made up for the other Branch’s disorganized, inconsiderate treatment.Matthew Coleman was so wonderful. Not only was he sensitive to my time, he made sure I understood the process. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it as part of our communication. I understood everything. I will never go to another branch. BTW I had to wire $ for a closing and took off work to do it.Highly recommend

I like this bank because Wells Fargo was there when I needed a financial support.

Wells Fargo has NO concern for its business customers. Think about it: I own a business in Essex/Middle River. First, without notice Wells Fargo CLOSED the bank on Eastern Ave on Saturdays forcing everyone to Martin Blvd or Merritt. BOTH of those branches are JAMMED. Then, they cut back the Saturday hours! From 1PM to 12 noon. And now, with COVID, they are forcing everyone to the drive up windows, business AND regular customers. The line at Martin Blvd this weekend was AROUND THE BUILDING. All day. They simply don't care. In order to have accountable, you need to have a person: Who is the person in charge of Wells Fargo Baltimore??? I would LOVE to know who the boss person is in Baltimore so I could go direct. I have photos of the lines

I had an app at 3pm When i arrived at 2:54 They had me wait outside to speak to a manager. At this time several custermers were exiting the branch. Then she told me they couldnt see me . She explained because the gov. ruled that zipcode21215 as being high volumn of the virus.Ok i new that what does that have to do with my appointment.Your branch is still open!!!.

I gave this bank 3 stars because the service was fast but the banker was very nonchalant, while I was talking to her she was looking down at her phone not paying me any attention at all, she seemed very irritated

I had the worst experience @ Wells Fargo on Reisterstown Rd. this past weekend. I was attempting to provide POA to the personal banker. He was unprofessional, he did not appear to have real answers to my questions. He never introduced himself, I had to ask his name. He scheduled a appointment with me off the top of his head (no use of calendar or anything). I walked away with no information and feeling brushed off. I have always banked with Bank of America and M & T on the personal and business side and never had this type of experience. I will never get an account with Wells Fargo and plan to close my parents accounts with them also. Horrible experience!!!!
