I wanted to make a appt to take out 20k and I was told by Rain & Darlene G that the bank didnt have any money and I could “call around to the other branches” to see if I could find one that does. Rain was very inconsiderate, nonchalant and even laughed at the thought of helping me.

I had made an appointment online for 10 AM. Got a confirmation. Showed up and the bank was closed. A total waste of time. Went to a different branch hoping to take care of what I had to do and was told sorry no appointments available. I have no idea why the bank was closed but it was a waste of my time and they didn't seem to care at either branch.

Call waiting time is usually 30 minutes or longer. When someone answers, instead of listening they over talk you and tell you to call the corporate office. If you continue with the nature of your call they hang up on you! Very rude !! Also: word to the wise if you withdraw cash count your money!!!!!

The wait is ridiculously long to speak with the ONE customer service rep at the desk. She is extremely slow and I was told that there is NO ONE else who can process a name change on my account. Waiting 30 minutes and there is only 1 customer in the bank besides me. I am not pleased. This is terrible customer service.

Ive been going to this bank for a few years now for regular banking , I recently opened a business account, not sure who I sat down with and I hope this isn't offensive but she was a Indian lady I think, in the right cubicle. She was super helpful in giving advice and she even followed up on phone calls and really sounded like she care and I never felt that way at a bank before, As an entrepreneur , when you go into a bank you want more than a money transaction, you want a genuine exchange of good energy and you want to feel like you picked the right choice of banking. Salute to this branch and I hope she get a raise or bonus lol

I deposited a check from my IRA account, I reopened this account with wells Fargo I've been a customer for 10 years on and off. the check is not for an outrageous amount however the check is being put on a nine daydau hold. and i need the funds posted to my account immediately. i called the maker of the bsnk and they said the funds are clear and availablehol

I had one of my best experiences here! To be more specific, Vanessa Fernandez went above and beyond to see how she can help me! I had questions/issues regarding my secured card that I never got answer at any other wells fargo and with persistent follow up she got them fixed! Thank you so much Vanessa!
