Poor customer service I came in with a $5400.00 check to deposit in my account. Been a member for almost 10 years. The bank teller told me she couldn’t deposit it, because she yelled over for the supervisor but the supervisor didn’t hear her so instead of her calling for her again she just told me she can’t deposit it, go to Bank of America where the check is from. I told her I didn’t want to go there this is my bank I should be able to deposit a check from anywhere into my account. After I said if I can’t deposit this check give me all my money out of my account. Now all of a sudden they can verify the check. Long story short I’m switching to Navy Federal. I shouldn’t have to go through this because of the community that the bank is located at it’s still my money & I’m a customer ✌?

Why is the Walbrook location closed? It is such an inconvenience to have to travel to the liberty rd location after reading a sign on the door. But I see folks coming in with coffee. What is the issue. I am a new acct holder. And this us not a good look.

Been banking with Wells Fargo for years now and I appreciate the service at some locations but this one in particular has to do better with closing times. Just in the last couple of days, this branch has been closing early for some reason, even today 3/13/23 at 4:45pm it’s closed before the 5pm business hour.If a branch is closing at 4:45 and not 5pm as seen on the website, change the business hours.Respectfully
