They are very bad service my request nobody come to Wells Fargo

There was only one teller and the line had about six people waiting for service. There were several other employees in the bank, however; they did not serve any customers in the wait time was at least 20 minutes or longer. The teller was apologetic and had a very pleasant attitude.

The branch at 2320 needs to be evaluated for extremely poor customer service. There is no reason why this branch is being rn this poorly. I entered onto the bank and there was only one young man at the counter assisting customers. There were two other women at the bank yet only one decided to step in and assist with customer service after almost an hour. The other lady in the yellow shirt just stood around looking at people. She finally came our to ask if anyone needed to make a withdrawal under 1000 dollars and she old escort them to the ATM outside in the cold. Ma'am you could have easily got behind the counter to help out. I wated in line for 56 minutes before I got service. What made it worse is that the chasers thought it was funny. How are you laughing in customers faces about make rhem stand in line for hours. Hire more people at t I is location please.

This Wells Fargo is so unprofessional i had an appointment at 4 and came to find out that there rubbing behind and the 3 O clock appointment was still waiting in the lobby , i think this unacceptable and unethical. I didn’t get talk with anyone because the bank closes at 5pm and i’ve been here since 3 and when i left she still wasn’t done.

It is a nice bank to do some of your business in but a lot of different issues about the Wells Fargo bank is true for years a go higher mortgage rates for the poor taking home from people of Color and not giving loan to people who Color and want there did rate was high

On Thursday September 1st 2022. Only 1 teller taking customers at 10am . There were 3 people working behind the glass. The line was and wait time was long.

Very unprofessional, the manager was outside cleaning up around the ATM while me and my sister sit there amazed of her actions. We were there to drop off Death certificate and we where in a hurry. She kept sweeping as to heck with you.

I been banking here for about 3-4 years I had some money missing out my account and it put me into overdraft and overdraft fees I Called and reported this and put in a claim now the overdraft department called me to only tell me that my account is overdraft and when will I be taken care of the overdraft..how wrong is this I need my money back in my account I have bills to pay this is not right please I can't wait 10 days and don't know if the money will be back..Frustrated..

Inside is nice. The bankers & tellers are friendly. BUT it’s like 2-3 times a week the ATMs outside don’t work. Either you can’t pull out any money or make deposits. Sometimes both. ??♂️
