I have used this bank on 3 occasions for a free notary despite not being a customer. My wife and I decided we would change to Wells Fargo even though we are aware of their scandalous reputation. So today I went in to the Fort Avenue branch to get a document noterized and to open my first checking account. I was greeted by a cashier that I can only describe as extremely ride. She also refused my request for notary services stating they only performed notary services for customers with an account. I knew this not to be true. I left without opening a 6-figure account.

My account was hacked starting in December 2019 until August 2020. There were 13 unauthorized transactions made totaling 182.00 and as of today wells fargo only credited my account for 63.00 I am still out 120.00 which needs to be credited. The wait time on the phone is almost 45 minutes and then operators are rude at the 1800 869 3557 number I was told it was my fault. Wells Fargo told me they can only give credit for the last 60 days but there is nothing in writing from when I opened my account or they cannot provide me anything in writing which they currently have to provide proof in writing the 60 days thing which they can provide to me everything is verbal. I have been a wells fargo customer for the last 25 years Before my dad passed away he opened an account for me and I have this account since then. I am trying to see if any superior financial officer or a branch manager can help me out to get the 120.00 that I am out. I thinking of closing out my accounts with wells fargo if they are unable to give me my hard earned money. I trusted wells fargo bank that is why I opened different accounts with them but they failed by blaming me for the hacking. Atm took my card exactly 4 weeks ago, and took my card again yesterday, they need to spend some money and have it fixed, really pisses me off because they definitely have the money to do so
