I ordered $50 worth of food for my family. Soup was missing. They were "out",will I get a refund? Who knows? Certainly not the person who waited on me. Also I ordered a cold turkey sandwich and received something which looked and tasted like vomit. I'm DONE.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews for food establishments unless absolutely necessary. In this instance, the food is consistently excellent—no complaints about that. However, my experience this evening was marred by an encounter with a gentleman in the Deli. My husband and I ordered two different sandwiches, each with distinct ingredients. When our number was called for pickup, I noticed only one sandwich situated next to our soups. I asked the man who called our number if there was a second sandwich. He seemed quite agitated as he checked the computer. After realizing his mistake, he dismissively said, “My bad, I made your sandwiches together,” and then returned to his tasks without further acknowledgment. I was really disappointed by his lack of courtesy in handling the situation. Unfortunately, this particular Wawa has a track record of unfriendly and unprofessional staff, and this wasn’t my first encounter with rude workers. If management is reading this, it might be beneficial to hold a team meeting to discuss tips and strategies for improving customer service.

every single time I order off there wawa app and order a drink or icecream or milkshake I never receive it , this is ridiculous. I call the store and the person answering some girl seemed to not give a single care and just says I’ll look into I said so your not gonna check who ever is doing beverages and find out if it was ever made or anything because clearly it’s an issue with late night staff who hate making ice creams and milkshakes when they are legit paid to do it. It’s their job. Will no longer be a customer after this I’m over it. And just to usually receive a 6$ refund for a $20 order is insane when it’s an ongoing issue so I will not order anything from here on out yall really suck .

Overall I really like this location. It’s close to 95 & 695. The service is good, parking is available often and the gas prices are good too. However I don’t recommend coming here after 5. There is a lot of people who solicit or walk up to your vehicle asking for money. I don’t mind helping people but this has really gotten out of hand at this location.

This store keeps canceling and refunding on GrubHub. This has been happening every time for a few months. Do they not deliver to my "particular" area or do they just not feel up to preparing our order? Unacceptable.

The whole night shift needs to be fired except for food preps. They were the only people to be found in store. Everything I come in here for a door dash order, I'm waiting 10 15 min for the girls' club to let out in the back. When the food preps have everything already cooked. Horrible customer service. I don't go unless it's for doordash pickup.

The heavy set brunette never washes her hands. Every time I come in there she puts on gloves and touches her face. This is the nastiest Wawa and I keep telling myself to not come back here and everytime im proven right!

I'm a broke college student, I spent my last four dollars there trying to get gas, pumped my tank, nothing came out, now I still don't have enough gas to make it home and I have no cash

We were leaving New Jersey to make our way back to North Carolina, and had some Wawa points to spend. We took a pit stop in Baltimore after getting a little hungry. I got a berry dragonfruit green tea refresher as a reward, and it let you pick any size, so we picked the largest size to share. I got an all beef hot dog to eat right away, and a classic Italian hoagie for later in the day. The all beef hot dog was as good as I remember it being. The Italian hoagie was delicious as usual. I get my favorite toppings (provolone cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, extra oil and vinegar, and all the seasonings minus Old Bay) and have it toasted. It makes for an amazing filling lunch. The service here was excellent, our food was made quickly, and the prices are reasonable.

I have been coming here for years and never had an issue but sometimes the food can take a little longer than one expects. Today I had the opportunity to see a dip in food quality. dont know what happened but i thought Id just share that even good aint always perfect.
