This pharmacy goes above and beyond! The pharmacist was very kind and professional while helping me figure out my insurance, and even called my previous pharmacy to resolve a hold mistake. Will be sending my future prescriptions here.

The staff was extremely rude to me when picking up a package. Since the package contained my surname and not my legal name on my driver's license they refused to give me the package despite having shown them all the other information including the receipts and payments for the items and well as disclosing the items to them. I also spent around an hour on the phone inside their location trying to resolve the issue with my vendor as well as UPS and they still refused to give me my package.

I didn't even know they had a nice pharmacy like this the lady and gentlemen are super helpful friendly and fast and I went with a friend of mine and I have been with them ever since ty for a pharmacy like this...cause cvs etc are too long of a wait etc usually when my prescription is sent it's already ready when I get there ty Waverly pharmacy

I literally waited 30 mins just to pick up a package that ups left here . I was the only one in the store and still had to wait 30mins. Unbelievable especially because there was two employees working. The only reason they wasn’t helping me and had me waiting is because they rather give the people on the phone first priority instead of telling them to hold on for two mins to hand me my package that is sitting right in front of their face. I will never give this place my service ever again . Highly upset .

Wow! What a great little neighborhood gem! After finding out that the local Rite Aid was closing, I needed a prescription filled quickly. I called Waverly Professional Pharmacy and the pharmacist was super helpful. We spoke a few times due to some minor insurance issues and he remained very patient and professional. In fact, he texted me from his personal mobile number to let me know that my prescription was ready. I didn’t even know that I missing this kind of customer service from my local pharmacy. This is a total upgrade from the Rite Aid. So glad that Waverly Professional Pharmacy is now my home pharmacy.

I went in to pick up a UPS package, as they are a 'Way Point'. UPS had placed a label over my name, but the tracking number was still visible. The guy was completely rude and wouldn't give me my package because he couldn't see the name on it. He said my knowing the tracking number didn't count....like I just guessed they had a package with that tracking number behind the counter that day? The guy told me it wasn't his problem, not his job, UPS would have to fix it, I could come back in an hour to talk to the boss and whatever else. He basically told me that he was indignant that he had to handle the UPS because he worked the pharmacy.

Horrible and lazy customer service. An Amazon UPS delivery of mine was sent there for whatever reason, and I called to confirm the location of my package. The person told me they couldn't help me without even taking my information and hung up on me not once but twice. I showed up expecting an insanely busy pharmacy with packages piled high as an excuse as to why the phone calls were so abrupt, rude, and dismissive. It was an empty store and one guy (same guy from the phone call, I recognized his voice) standing behind the counter. There were two packages behind the counter with him, one very obviously mine (it wasn't wrapped, so I could see the product). I handed him my UPS slip and he dismissed me saying "The person who does that isn't here." No apology, explanation, nothing. No idea when I could come back. I literally pointed to my package and asked why he couldn't hand it over when I had the info slip in my hand and signed. I had my Drivers License and everything. I could understand if there was some legality surrounding it but for him to be so rude and refuse any help or explanation when he was literally doing nothing is insane. I will be contacting UPS to lodge a complaint as well.
