The store does not follow rules and regulation policy at all. I go to this store a lot and every time I had a problem the team leads don't want to help and when you ask for a manager at hand, they said they are busy and give you and attitude which is very unfair to your customers who pay a yearly fee to have unprofessional work also be disrespected. You have team leads that sit in groups and talk and not doing their job as they should these are situation that needs to be investigated and mangers needs to monitor the front end vary closely do to over packed lines when not busy exit door is backed up officer getting smart and also unprofessional as well. I think that managers need to watch these cameras on the front-line work also have team lead meeting so that things can be more professional. Me myself would love to come at night more often but due to my work schedule I only can come in the mornings. Good job who ever works nightshifts they are the ones who help also are very respectful and caring. I will go to every extent to have the customers satisfied like me as well.

This is a busy Walmart, but I come here the majority of the time to get my prescriptions always ready always on time if not in stock they will call you and let you know one-hundred-percent customer service always

I called this pharmacy today 3/4/23 and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. Everytime I asked her a question she groaned really loud in aggravation as if I was disturbing her lunch. I've worked at Walmart before so I get it. My problem was, she made changes on my profile and transferred my prescription from another location without informing me. When I asked clarifying questions she informed me to, "contact my doctor". Why do I need to contact my doctor for something in your system. She disconnected and I called the pharmacy in Townson and the pharmacist confirmed that the rep at Petrie Way transferred my prescription. It is unethical to make changes on customer's profile without their consent. If that woman is in such agony doing her job, take her out of the pharmacy department, and put her in the hardware section. Folks do not deserve to be subjected to her attitude when they're trying to fill their medication.

This is hands down 1 of the worst Walmarts in the Baltimore area. Their money order machine is constantly down, they constantly have long lines at checkout due to slow cashiers (most of the time), the shelves in the aisles are either half stocked or not at all. Ask one of the staff where an item is, they look around like they're lost and reply, "I don't know" versus ,"let me find someone who works in that department, to help". They honestly need to install self checkout because this location is a Super Center and can support 2 self checkout points.

I placed a delivery order to be delivered between 1 PM and 2 PM it is now 1039 and I still have not received my order I called the store and you can never get an answer you call the customer service number and they are not helpful at all they think giving me $15 off your next order is going to help when yet you have not receive the order that you already placed when if I knew I would not received my order I could've used Instacart and had my order within two hours I placed my order while I was out of town in Chicago thinking by time I get home my groceries would have been delivered but that was not the case instead I'm home with no groceries and you have to wait for a refund to come see your card so I can than actually go buy groceries. This is unacceptable and if you can't handle the load of deliveries than maybe they should not do them

The worst Walmart in the city. I was diagnosed with COVID, weak had all the symptoms. I go to pick up my prescription they tell me it isn’t ready even though I drove 45 mins to get here and I have to pick it up curbside. They ask for my number to call me when it’s ready, 30 more minutes go by no one calls me. So I call them they say oh yea it’s ready call the curbside number. Why would I have to call curbside if I’m on the phone with you why can’t you tell them I’m here and been waiting for an hour.

I have sent corporate two lengthy emails talking about everything from mind blowing disorganization to pathetic customer service. This is the worst Walmart I've EVER been to. Shelves are half stocked IF that. Hang tags are empty or they've got the wrong product on them. Associates are standing around either talking and laughing or they're checking you out while they're on their phone and they don't speak to you much less make eye contact. Each time I've been there they have one, lengthy check out line open. Honestly? There really isn't one positive attribute about this store come to think of it.

I have made a purchase online from this location. The delivery address zip code is incorrect. I have been trying to correct this for 2 days and no one will help fix this problem. Therefor my package keeps being delayed and not delivered. As a customer this is very poor customer service and no one who makes a purchase should ever have this much trouble correcting a issue,
