Worst pharmacy ever. They don’t have any staff. My med was suppose to refill on the end of the month and they took 6 days to refill. Also They don’t have any communication skill.

This place is terrible. Scheduled a vaccine appointment and after waiting 30 mins after the scheduled time I’m told I’m in the system and can’t get the vaccine. I always get vaccines at Walgreens and never heard of it. Go somewhere else

I'm usually waiting til I leave to post my review because I wanna look at there previous reviews before I make it on my blog but after my experience and reading others reviews I can confidently say I respectfully agree ? there short staff very un organized and there inside jokes about customers should never be made nor should they heard by customers my experience was they have a language gap and the pharmacy team as a whole does not work to make there day go smoothly and because is a language barrier in my opinion corporate should be contacted and as a blogger in my opinion corporate should be contacted for the 6838 loch raven Blvd location

I called the pharmacy dept. about a medication. I was put on hold after a woman told me that she would be right with me which took 10 minutes. She came back and told me to hold again. She seemed frustrated. I then waited on hold for about 10 minutes more. After 10 minutes or so went by, the phone line began ringing and I though I was about to be helped by someone. It rang about 8 times and disconnected. I did not call back.

Missing my prescribed medication tomorrow because they just decided they were closing early today. Website says pharmacy closes at 5. It is 3. You really cannot win with a pharmacy in this area.

Came in to ask about FedEx shipping, and the woman working was very rude and rolled her eyes multiple times at me during our conversation. Could have been a short pleasant conversation but ended with me leaving with a sour taste in my mouth. Being kind goes a long way. I had watched her act rudely to the customer in front of me as well, but I figured I would be very pleasant myself and create my own opinion, but she was just not nice at all.

It’s sad that black people don’t respect each other’s. That Pharmacy Department needs a overhaul. Starting with the female with the braids and the female with glasses/ braids. I will be contacting CORPORATE IMMEDIATELY THEY NEED TO BE FIRED. NOBODY TELLS ME I CAN GET MY MEDICINE ELSEWHERE. BYE FELICIA.

Literally the worst place to go to! Went there to get a passport picture, and it took 40 minutes !!! For one photo ? The employees wouldn’t care at all to explain why it was taking so long. Worst customer service ever ! What a waste of my time and money coming to this place ! If you wanna avoid a bad time do yourself a favor a don’t come to this place.

I will say they are some what friendly, but if your in need of a medication right away or just soon do not go hear!!! My prescription are never ready and even when the app says ready for pick-up you still wait forever just for someone to check your prescription status. For some reason i always have an issue with my prescription getting filled but my docotor said they must not be reading the prescription correctly. The Walgreens at GBMC hospital I never have an issue. Go there or any other Walgreens pharmacy location but this one. This location is only good for snacks.

They don't price match for their own online presence. The only way to get online prices. You need to spend $10 minimum to order online.

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is lacking. Apparently there is a new pharmacist and there may be a time that person needs to collect themselves. However, why not just keep the auto refills that are in place so people don't have to go through so much trouble to get their meds. The person that is of Africansd3c3nt is really nasty. She has a really bad attitude. Like it bothered her that I was there for meds. That should be on aito refil.
