Certain pharmacy staff are very disrespectful. I was on the phone checking the status of my prescription. The female employee wrongly informed me that a message was left on my phone. It was not. I received a call about 40 mins to closing and I wouldn’t be able to get to the pharmacy in time to pick up my prescription. I sustained an injury and couldn’t drive and had no one to take me. That’s on me. But when I call to receive information, there’s no reason it should be delivered disrespectfully and no reason I should be hung up on. It’s as if she took it as a personal offense that I didn’t get *my* medication which makes no sense. Contrary to her judgment evident from her tone, staff have no clue why someone isn’t able to pick up a prescription in a timely manner. Spare people from your unwarranted judgement and disrespect and please just be professional. Once I get my next prescription I’ll be changing pharmacies.

I have been very happy with my experience with this Walgreens location. My prescriptions are usually filled at the 9616 Harford Rd store but they are really dropping the ball lately so I have been trying out the Parkville Shopping Center store and they have bailed me out of my bad situation 3x now. Cudos to the pharmacy staff!!!

My experience was horrible. I came in at 3pm when I was stopped before was able to find anything I was looking for by Edeth. She asked me “how old are you?” That is odd and random I’m under 21 but I wasn’t interested in buying any products that require me to be that age. As I continued shopping she called for someone to watch the isles. I’ve shopped at this location since opening and have not stolen once, I’ve never had anything but good experiences up until encountering this women. Please fix her attitude towards customers!

This Walgreens is ALWAYS "out of stock" on my medications. I would not think that Trellegy and Ambien would be unusual medications, so it seems odd Walgreens always has to "order more". This can take up to 3 days, so you must remember to refill early because they will not have it when you need it. Also, who ever heard of a pharmacy closed on saturday and sunday?? Ridiculous. Drive a mile further and use the one at the corner of Joppa and Harford Road. They seem to have an adequate supply of common medications.

Sat on the phone waiting for 10 minutes for them to just hang up. Heard them pick up and put me back on hold without saying anything to me halfway. Called front desk and they said all they can do is transfer me to the pharmacy again. Sat on hold for 10 more minutes and got hung up on again. I’m just trying to transfer a prescription so my significant other can pick it up.

Pharmacy always has an excessive wait time and I feel like the entire place could be a bit cleaner. If this location wasn't so convenient for me I would pick another location. Staff is always nice however they do seem overwhelmed at times.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ran in here because I forgot my charger and I had something nearby to do. Only 1 C type charging cable in stock for $17!!! And no block to attach it to so had no choice but to buy a wireless charger which was an insane $32. To make matters worse, the cashier as cold and unfriendly, barely muttered 2 words to me.

The 5 stars is solely for Amanda who works at this location. Amanda was super helpful in assisting me with my purchase by going above and beyond and out of her way. I feel Amanda should be the manager for this location. Amanda would make a great manager.However, I thought about giving 1 star for her colleague Chante who was NOT helpful or empathetic. I did not like Chante at all for going out of her way by making suggestions that were NOT helpful.I also did not like that there was a black woman customer who was very threatening to me and I felt almost assaulted me. I felt very threatened by that violent and aggressive attitude customer.

The 5 stars is only due to Amanda who works at this Walgreens. Amanda was extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase and went above and beyond to assist me. I feel Amanda should be the manager for this location. Amanda would make a great manager. I also thought about giving 1 star for her colleague Chante who was not helpful or empathetic. I did not like Chante for going out of her way by making suggestions that were not helpful during my shopping. There was a black woman customer who was very threatening to me. she almost assaulted me when she got angry. That violent and aggressive attitude customer was very threatening.
