This place went from bad to worse. I live a few houses away and refuse to go there. The security guard has to open the door for you. Nothing on the shelves and somehow they still have super long lines at the register.

Theres a 50/50 chance that they’ll actually be open during normal business hours. Have showed up during hours they are supposed to be open SO MANY times and they were closed.

They never do their jobs.Always claiming cash app is not working because she just doesn't want to do it and the store stays damn near empty with nothing on the shelf. The sad part is the community really counts on this store but because it's in a black neighborhood no one cares.

Don’t believe the opening hours posted on the website or on the store doors - they close 15 minutes earlier than posted and lock the doors, preventing anyone from entering. The guards will just stare at you and shrug.Also there is always a long very slow-moving line and *maybe* two cashiers on a good day. Would give zero stars if possible.

Horrible business since switched over from Rite Aid to Walgreens. The store is constantly closing early and closes randomly in the middle of the day. Often out of bags and under-stocked. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I see why they have a 1 star review rating ive been on the phone on hold now for 20 min and someone keeps answering not saying anything and putting me back on hold. Im calling about an important fedex package (they are a pickup location). Just based on this id avoid this place (and fedex if possible) like the plague!

I'm new.Im from the Saratoga MLK Walgreens.They closed down and sent me to this one.I called 2days ago to see if my prescriptions were rea.dy and 3 outta the 4 were. She specifically gave me the date which was today I called to make sure they were gonna be today and weekends are closed? Why wouldn't u tell me that when u were on the phone with me? That makes 0 sense for weekends to be closed.I now gotta go a few more days without any of my meds.I didn't pick my others up because I don't drive and I figured 2days wouldn't matter but 5 will. I'm already gonna leave there before I even go once.

The worse Walgreen I believe in any state. Most people work Monday thur Friday and for them to close the pharmacy on the weekend is a complete joke. It show they don't respect the community at all. The worse thing that happened is when Rite-aid closed and they moved in. It has been terrible experience for the whole community.
