The pharmacy staff are so rude to their customers. I had my medication transferred to this location just for me to get there& they told me this system was down on a Friday. This location is the only pharmacy that is closed on the weekends. When Monday got here their system was still down& wouldn't transfer my medication to another location. They are rude for no reason at all. Don't do business with this location because it's not worth the hassle. I see why they are closing alot of the walgreens down. Now these rude employees wont have a job& can't treat people badly anymore.

It says they close at 8p.m., but the doors are always locked after 7:35. I got here tonight at 7:40 and they would only let people out. ?

I was a few minutes late to get my yellow fever vaccine due to traffic/ lack of parking and the pharmacist/ technician told me I couldn’t get it until after their lunch. I was so disappointed that after driving for 1.5hr I had to wait 45 minutes. No word of apologies whatsoever. If you have options, don’t go to this one because they don’t care about people’s time. I am a pharmacist myself and would have accommodated a patient even close to my lunch time. I guess we are all different and have our own priorities. I had to leave this review to warn everyone, if you have an appointment for a vaccine and you show up at 1:05pn they won’t give it to you:(:(:(Thank God this isn’t my regular pharmacy.

Pharmacy sucks. Watch out for the girl with short hair and a mustache!! Go to a different Walgreens!!

Expect a formal complaint to go to Walgreens corporate smh. They have cameras so everything I'll write to them is backed up on video for the manager/owner/corporate to review. Date is Monday, April 17 at 7:52pm. I have such a high tolerance for stupidity, but this is next level ignorance, especially sending your family member out to intimidate me smh. I won't go into all the details here, but long story short, I had a FedEx package to drop off but they locked the doors before closing time and the employees wanted to act a fool. You not liking your job has nothing to do with me; take it out on someone else.

Has to be the worst Walgreens in Baltimore. Customer service sucks and they close the doors 30 minutes before closing. My child is home sick. Go figure

The pharmacy is a joke! Never before have I heard of a National chain pharmacy closed on the WHOLE weekend?! Too bad if it’s an emergency and I need my meds. Not even abbreviated hours? Wow, definitely will NEVER use this location.
