There's absolutely no reason to visit this store. It took me three different visits to get my prescription. Everything is behind locks which means you'll have to wait for an associate any time you want something. There's not that many people working and there's no sense of urgency, so you'll be waiting a while. Such a shame.

NEVER let them do a partial prescription pickup. I've made two attempts to pick up a 90 day prescription. The first time they charged me most of my copay and gave me FIVE days worth. The second day the charged me most of my copay AGAIN and gave me 30 days of pills and closed out the prescription. Now the prescription is closed so they can't and wont give me the rest, they've overcharged me my copay AND overcharged my insurance company for 90 days and gave me 35. The pharmacist just continues to act like its not his fault. They also told me twice that my other prescription would be ready soon, only to finally find out they never ordered it. I've changed Walgreens but would love to receive the other 55 days worth of pills at some point in my life since both myself and my insurance have already paid for it. What did they do with the rest of my prescription?

They staff needs to be more friendly. They could if they wanted to. My question to them: Why not be more friendly? Also, the security guard. Yes, she was doing her job- but why not have a more friendly attitude? ... At Baltimore City businesses in general, if the staff decided to be more friendly (which they could easily do) I believe it would help cut the city crime & murder rate by 10 to 50%. (Good outcomes: It all starts with a good attitude).

This has got to be the worst Walgreens I've been to. I almost passed it to begin with the way my gps was set up but it's on a corner. It looked dingy and I even saw a roach on the floor. There was only one cashier on a Sunday morning which was dreadful because of the line. He was friendly enough. I found what I needed so no complaints there and even the guard was doing his own thing walking outside then coming in to sit looking at his phone. Weird vibe. Should I come into town again, I won't come here.

Update: They just lost a customer who used to shop there very regularly despite their lack of unprofessionalism and disrespect. They officially lost me when they started telling me "we have no bags," and have me carry my stuff back home without a bag a couple times. I go there a few times a week and the last time I went, I bought a lot of stuff, they still said they had no bags and that they can't do anything about it. I went to the other empty register and looked behind it, there was a roll of bags, grabbed a bag then the woman at the register started yelling for getting myself a bag..Then she started lying that she was gonna go find me a bag, a woman manager came from the back of the store, ringed up my stuff and placed them in the bag I found, then gave me a $5 discount to use on the next purchase. But I have no plans of returning!Karma will bite back, Their karma is their own lack of respect to customers, soon no one will go there anymore.

Worst Walgreens location I've ever been to. This place is a literal dump. Super dirty, shelves empty. I went to the pharmacist counter with some cough drops, COVID-19 tests, and other remedies to buy, and tried to buy some Sudafed. The pharmacist told me I couldn't buy any of the non-pharmacy stuff there and had to buy it up front. Okay? Odd. When trying to buy the Sudafed their system went down when processing my DL. I asked if he could try it again and he said no. I left feeling very defeated because I was sick, in an unfamiliar city, and no other pharmacies nearby were open yet. I had already taken a Lyft to get here. I decided to go back inside to the pharmacist and asked where the nearest pharmacy was. The same pharmacist told me there was one at the university of Maryland, but it wasn't open to the public. !?! THANKS. During that time another very nice pharmacist had come in, took pity on me, and offered to try processing my DL again so I could get the Sudafed. This time it worked and I was incredibly grateful for her kindness. Finally, to top it all off, I bought a sealed bag of cough drops here and when I got back to my hotel, I opened it to find that some of the sealed cough drops actually had no cough drops in the packets. I basically bought a bag of empty cough drop packets. FML. Baltimore, you did me dirty this trip!!

The most unpleasant customer service interaction I have ever had at any place ever. Go to another Walgreens.

Their stated Friday closing time is 8pm. It was 6pm and I had a long list of things I needed to purchase. For some reason, they locked the doors and employees were leaving early. So, that was my 1-star Walgreens experience.

They do money transfers, but they don't know how to refund the money, even though Western Union did the refund. They're wanting to suggest me to other locations, such as 7-Eleven. I'm not sure what's wrong with Walgreens; people like them need money transfer retraining; they are still not doing any refunds. I'm not sure who to ask. The money neither get sender or receiver. I lost my money on $136.
