Their stated Friday closing time is 8pm. It was 6pm and I had a long list of things I needed to purchase. For some reason, they locked the doors and employees were leaving early. So, that was my 1-star Walgreens experience.

Average phone wait times are at least 30 to 45 minutes based on my 3-4 calls and all I needed was to speak to the pharmacist for my prescription. Every time I call they answer and tell me to wait but then hang up.

If I could , I'd give this place zero stars. I've been waiting for a prescription for almost two weeks and they keep messing up. They've spent so much time here that they have no idea what they're doing. I despise this place!
