First visit to this location and I was truly amazed with this young man’s ability to jump into action after seeing that we were encountering problems with the Western Union computer system. Even though he was working in another department, Kevontae Parker, did not hesitate to walk over to assist us. We are grateful for this young man who provided us with top notch customer service. Kevontae Parker, Walgreen’s /Fed Ex should be proud to have you as one of their Associates. Keep up the good work.

Ya won't get me again, not here. I won't patronize places who employ rude people, who shouldn't be in customer service positions. My simple prescription was sent over from a provider. Thirty minute or so later, I'm standing at the prescription window, in silence for a few minutes, without being acknowledged in any way, by the young heavily-tattooed woman who found it too difficult to even say something like "Good evening I'll be with you shortly," while she stares at a monitor mumbling complaints about the prescriptions. Finally, I get "May I help you," in a gruff tone. I tell her that I'm there to pick up a prescription. So she hunches her shoulders and puts up her hands while asking me my last name. She dismissively tells me that my prescription won't be ready until tomorrow after 10:00 a.m. Already being put off by her lack of professionalism and her generally rude-dismissive demeanor, I was doubting everything she said.I realized when I left that that pharmacy actually was closing in about a half an hour (@7pm! 3 hours before the store!)There were two older women working behind the pharmacy counter (at least pharmacy techs), who witnessed the interaction and said nothing. To me, that means you're all in agreement, that your customers should be treated that way.As I was standing there at the counter alone and no one was in the Drive-Thru, knowing the store was closing soon and I needed the prescription that was written for me ASAP, why couldn't my pills be put in a bottle? Was preparing prescriptions for tomorrow morning more important?I think that some individual communication and consideration was warranted.I'm done with this location! Walgreens, I know you can do better than this.

This is my go to pharmacy it’s convenient. Today I had the unfortunate luck of meeting Acacia. Besides the bright orange hair she is most unpleasant. Her attitude sucks and her customer service is worst. I’m sure Walgreens did not chase this young lady down and beg her to work, so why she acts as if the customer owes her something is beyond me. Please Walgreens coach retrain or something because she may be in the wrong position.

So thankful for the staff here... they are good hearted people and always seem to have what I need when stopping in. Special shout out to the three ladies and one male security guard last night, bless you! The manager (E. Royster) was kind, patient and understanding. Employee (Simone Haynes) went above and beyond helping me out, very talented and savvy. Apologies I didn't get the others names but THANK YOU again! Will be back again soon.

Went there a few times for COVID vaccinations. At first it was a good trip because I got in and out within 15 minutes. That was in April. Now let's talk about May. I came back for a booster. When I finished the paperwork and gave it back to the pharmacist she said I forgot my signature and literally threw it at me like garbage. I could have went off on her. But didn't remained calm and signed my name. The store is convenient and great at time management. It's the pharmacy staff with attitudes like we told them to work there. Don't get me wrong, Walgreens is a good place to grab essentials. The staff needs attitude adjustments.
