This walgreens pharmacy has really gone downhill. Late to open, long waits for prescriptions. Totally unprofessional.

After years of dealing with this Pharmacy I am totally frustrated, disappointed, angry, annoyed, disgusted with WALGREENS \u0026 this worthless Pharmacy!! They never have my medicine in stock even though I receive a text messages,my perscripe medication is ready, I get there nothing is ready!!! My doctor calls in a script only to find out it's back ordered for 3 weeks!!! I'm definitely finished with this situation and changing pharmacies. The Pharmacy technician did not even call myself or my doctor !!! No one there wants to work or ask CUSTOMERS Questions . I have seen more problems, angry CUSTOMERS wanting to know what has happened to their rx ,then attitude problem toward the innocent CUSTOMERS!!! What a waste of space!!

Yesterday , I had a great experience with pharmacist , the pharmacy was very busy on Saturday and she patiently took her time for my insurance issue and addressed my problem.

I would give it no stars if I could for the pharmacyat this point..Put in for pick up at this location and they fill my one med but the other said initially that it "needs insurance approval" and when I got the notification that one was ready I logged on to check on the other, only to find out that they removed the request completely.I am completely out of my meds now and you can't get the pharmacy on the phone. I sat for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone a few days ago before it just hung up on me and today still noone picks up. Seriously frustrated at this point.

Customer service is the worst i have ever seen. They are rude, slow and confused. They need more people to help them thru the busiest times.

I was ill and sent my husband for supplies. He never shops so he was a newbie. He went to the cashier and she helped him locate the itemsHe gave her his credit card and she asked for his pin number. He told her in didn't know a pin number. She walked away and then returned and gave him the card. Within a few days more than $500. in restaurant charges had been charged to us. Will never go back to Walgreens!Thank goodness we used credit and not debit. I wonder how many pin numbers this gal got a hold of! BEWARE!

Not too bad overall. Has a decent selection of items, and the checkout was pretty quick. Prices are a bit on the high end and service is a bit on the low end. Will work in a pinch.

My wife needed eye drops that are very hard to find. Fortunately for us this pharmacy had it on the shelf. We had a coupon from her doctor to save us some money on the eye drops. The pharmacist took the time on the computer and reduced the cost of the eye drops from $459.00 to a $10.00 copay. That's what I call customer service.
