When I call about my prescriptions I stay on hold sometimes for 25 to 30 minutes and it is very frustrating ?

This walgreens pharmacy has really gone downhill. Late to open, long waits for prescriptions. Totally unprofessional.

Yesterday , I had a great experience with pharmacist , the pharmacy was very busy on Saturday and she patiently took her time for my insurance issue and addressed my problem.
