This location has one of the worst staffers workers. I mean even the pharmacist doesn't care about the customers. She was rude and unprofessional all the time. I do my business with other stores. But they need workshops on how to handle customers.

Worst pharmacy ive ever been to, makes me angry just thinking about it. Every time I've been here to get my prescription I leave feeling upset and disrespected. Nobody should have to deal with the rudness and mean comments made by employees in this store just to get a prescription. Either restaff this store or let an actually competent pharmacy be here, but whatever happens I will not be coming back ever.

Awful customer service. Ordered photos. They told me it was ready. Showed up and they complained about how many I ordered. I had to come back later.They also did not give me larger prints that I ordered and instead of arguing, I've just decided to never go back.

RX section runs properly. Too many kids up front end. Baggy pants, tight spandex pants, too much playing around. Associate would not help getting a coupon attached nor modify for pricing. Offered no solution. Too busy on his phone. Get some adults working in here.

Worst pharmacy experience possibly of my life. Entire staff is rude (clearly Baltimore local culture). Three poorly construed lines for vaccines, consultation, and pickup/dropoff. Was here 15 minutea early for a scheduled appointment in the correct line for vaccines and was directed to the drop/off pickup line. Then by two staff members, was told I was in the wrong line and sent to the back of the line of the store I was in. That line has not moved and it's newrly 15 mimutes past my scheduled time. There is a ghetto, poor, stupid, scracthed up little sign that I was directed to as an explination for my being in the wrong line, even though I was directed away from it. There is a hanging sign for consulation (which double as the vaccine line?) But no hanging sign for anything else, so why would any of us notice the tiny scratched up mini-post? Each staff member moves like a sloth and not one of them is polite to me or others. The line ia down aisles and there is no to poor communication. Trash, run by trash, for trash - stay away for your owm sake and save yourself time.

?I'm here for the vaccine, super rude service, the person who delivers the medicine treats you as badly as she can, plus my appointment is taking a while, I haven't been able to register after 30 minutes of my appointment,

The store part of this Walgreens is fine but the pharmacy honestly sucks so much please DON'T GO HERE if you have medications that you need to pick up in a shorter window of time like a week

Found all I was looking for plus my dinner from their frozen case. Cashier was very patient with the customer in front of me who was having problems with her card.

The staff at this store is very nice, but the store itself is understocked- lots of empty shelves. They do not have hand baskets for shopping. As mentioned in another review, basic self care stuff like soap and lotion is locked up.

Pharmacist Lance refused to call insurance company to run a change in therapy override for a too soon to fill denial. Pharmacist stated they are too busy to call for an override. I had to call state of Maryland to file a complaint to then have the state call Walgreens on a 3 way call to get the pharmacy to do their job. This is a task a doctors office in unable to perform. Dangerous practices either by an individual of Walgreens or at the directive of Walgreens. We will begin pulling all clients from this location, this will hopefully provide Walgreens additional time to call for future override assistance.

I have given this place 3 try’s. People have kids ppl need to work ppl cannot wait until 12 pm every time overdue for their medication bc the excuse “We just opened up mam” my medication has been there by my Dr. And insurance since 3/27th no more excuses !!! Pls you guys go anywhere else, this pharmacy has caused me To not only miss a very important event, a business trip, a late slip to pick up my kids every wk bc they seem to go tk every unnecessary extent to make customers situation dealing with them just hard.. This specific location l is beyond confused and unorganized and they should absolutely hire someone who knows ohone etiquette and can help troubleshoot very impt issues causing honest patients to be stuck without help or communication. It’s no fun. They are super fast to hang up and ignore or avoid a customers medication questions entirely, putting vulnerable into a very bad situation. I rarely review anything under 4 stars but This place specifically, is way under “functional and Operational” and needs to be intervening by higher ups to have someone take a better careful look at the ethics used by the current pharmacists or assistants. Unsure, saying that becauseI specifically had a call with my insurance on the other line for hours one day never even got it fixed one of the guys claimed that he, himself was indeed the Pharmacist lol only to then tell my insurance rep On three-way with us that he was by himself and he wasn’t the pharmacist said he can’t do anything he doesn’t know what to do the lady pharmacist will be in tomorrow it was a mess basically lied to us it was like on recording when I asked to speak to a manager, other than that they are busy and seem understaffed due to the amount of People at the desk but they’re just tired and I put some more of a mess in settings because everyone’s confuse you don’t seem to know much about anything let alone how to ring Customer up or use the ExpressCheck out ? Some people are nice not talking about everyone just very confusing pharmacist and pick up process here
