The store on Reisterstown and Northern Pkwy is always neat and clean. I love that I can get great deals on just about everything.

I canceled a prescription that I had ordered on the app, so that I could go back a step and ask for delivery. 24 hours later, the app is still processing the cancellation. That meant being on hold for over an hour and a half at the Northern Parkway location. This company needs to hire more people!!

I arrived at the store at 8 a.m. (opening hours), but the doors were locked. A manager (?) came to open the door and let a staff member in. As I approached the door, they slid it closed and locked it. No greeting, no explanation, just closed and locked the door as she scowled at me through the glass. I mouthed, "What time do you open?" and she angrily yelled through the door, "I can't open until my cashier gets here!" and turned around and walked away. I went back to my car to google the nearest drugstore. A van pulled in and parked in the 1st handicapped spot nearest the doors. A woman rushed to the store entrance. She was let in, so I assumed this was the missing cashier, and I went into the store (doors now opened)to grab the item I came for. No staff was visible to ask where the item may be, and no one was at the registers when I was ready to check out. When the cashier came to ring me up, her phone rang and she answered on her watch while still in the middle of my transaction.
The management and staff at this store do not care about the customers or the community. This is evident in the way that the delayed opening was handled, as well as the able-bodied person taking the closest handicapped spot that a disabled customer may need. There was no interaction from the manager other than when she initially locked the door in front of me. Taking personal calls and arriving late to work must not be an issue with management. This store is definitely not customer-focused, and I will not return.
The attached pictures show the cashier waiting for entry and where she parked, taking the first handicapped spot meant for disabled customers. She could carry many bags, fast-walk, and even bend over to retrieve a dropped item.

Walgreens is supposed to be a community store. A place of convenience and customer service. Typically when I go here I’m waiting for a long time to get my products from the locked counters where you need an associate to get the key. Also the photo center equipment is never working. Finally the pharmacy is never accurate on there estimates of when your prescriptions are ready. This community deserves much better. Just because it’s predominantly Black/African American, does mean the store should be this terrible. Lastly, this is no reflection on the staff, they are always friendly and have indicated on multiple occasions that the issues are out of their control.

The drive through clinic may take a little extra time when the line palls up, but inside the store is a easy and great experience.

Where to begin. If you are looking for a pharmacy BEWARE! I have been waiting for a prescription for my son for 6 days. The first mistake a pharmacy tech deleted my sons prescription out of the system so it had to be sent over again (they did Not call me to inform me)! Then after the prescription was resent over I didn't receive my usual text from Walgreens that our prescription was received. I had to call them to check the status, only to find out they were out of stock(again no phone call). I agreed to wait for the prescription to come in on what I was told would be a Friday. (No phone call to let me know the status of the medication), I called again on Friday only to be put on hold for 20 min. I went there on Saturday to be told the medication was not ordered and to give the pharmacist until Monday or Tuesday. It is now Monday and what do you know no medication is in yet. I understand shortages and having to wait. What I don't understand is a lack of communication from this particular location.

Needed a passport photo for my baby. Called several Walgreens locations to confirm that they offered passport photo services, to which every single one said that their photo machines were down. Called this location. The associate said "We do take passport photos, but no one here knows how to do it for a baby"...... I thought this guy was pulling my leg. He puts me on hold. He comes back. I mention that it's the same specifications for a baby that it is for an adult.... He affirms that, indeed, no one knows how to transfer the same skills of taking an adult's passport photo to that of a baby - and wasn't even willing to try! It renders this a sub par location AT BEST, and perhaps a manager with appropriate qualifications needs to assume the position to cover for the uselessness and lack of customer service of its employees.

All day we were trying to get a prescription in. The online system kept failing the doctor tried calling and was on hold for 40 minutes with no answer. I stopped by in person and the person at the counter said they received it but wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow because they were short staffed. She was very snarky, rude, and matter of fact. I told her there was no need to be rude it was just a question as I walked away she said I answered your question you just didn’t like the answer.

I’v been getting my prescriptions here for a few years now and the service is just awful. There’s no need for the pharmacy technicians to be curt or condescending or irritated or rude to customers. This pharmacy is located in a lower income area but that should not mean that people are treated less well than they would at pharmacies located in higher income areas. The wait time is too long and the staff seem like they hate their jobs. Don’t do customer service if you’re not willing to be nice to customers. I’ve never been rude and always wait quietly even if I’m annoyed internally. This is probably the third review that I’ve ever done in my entire life; it’s been that bad!

Four managers were standing in the center of an aisle having a conversation and laughing. There were 2 young associates walking and gripping among themselves about working conditions. I was there at 8:45 am to get a passport photo. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I was able to receive assistance at 9:00 am, after asking for help.

Never have your medicine and never know when it's coming
