Sometimes this pharmacy test my patience. Doctors fax prescriptions to the pharmacy. And it seems like you have to wait for ever to get your medicine. My doctor put my scripts back in the end of October. My doctor put in 5 scripts for me. And for whatever reason I am having trouble getting my Levemir flex pen insulin. I am seriously thinking about leaving this pharmacy a lone. I am thinking about switching to another pharmacy.

This location is severely understaffed or mismanaged. They are incredibly difficult to get a hold of via phone -- this week, for example, I've called four times, been on hold for over a cumulative 2 hours, been hung up on twice (the hold music stops, rings and rings, and then disconnects), and been spoken to briskly and then hung up on before I could ask my next question.I am trying to transfer my prescriptions to another non-Walgreens pharmacy because of the poor service I've experienced from many Walgreens locations. My new pharmacy finally got through to a pharmacist at Walgreens North Ave., who told them that I have no refills to transfer. My Walgreens app shows two different prescriptions with a total of 3 refills remaining in my account. My doctor is wondering why I am now requesting a refill so soon when I should have 1 remaining. I am at my wit's end! Walgreens, properly staff your pharmacies so that your pharmacists are not always stressed out and provide abysmal customer service!!!

The people working here are doing such an amazing job!! I did both my covid-19 vaccine shots at this pharmacy. They were so friendly and helpful, and despite how busy it was, they did a fantastic job getting me through safely. I am so grateful to everyone who works so hard at this location and helped get me vaccinated!!

The people at the pharmacy is so rude and unprofessional doesn't matter if I'm in person on over the phone. I waited on hold for over 25 minutes and they would pick up and continue to put me on hold without saying anything. So UNPROFESSIONAL and when you're in front of them they act as if they don't see you standing waiting to be service. Do BETTER WALGREENS
