I'm trying to get my prescription change to Walgreens on 6 Howard street the there is very helpful and trying to help me. The problem is CVS on Pennsylvania on North Ave. The pharmacy keep saying the system is down but when I went to get my meds in July 2023 the employee said the system is working. I felt like the pharmacy in CVS don't want to transfer my prescription to Walgreens. This been going on for a couple of days. The reason for the transfer is because I moved and Walgreens closer to me within walking distance. So today is the July 14, 2023 on a Friday I will contact Walgreens on Monday coming. Walgreens is trying to help me.but I did went to CVS to get my last prescription hopefully I won't have to go again. This is crazy..

Amazing service. This is the only pharmacy that has ever remembered my name, and they have also been very helpful in cases where my medications were either out of stock or needed a potential substitution.

The staff here is so friendly and caring. They have gone above and beyond to help get my prescriptions filled when I had insurance issues. I have been a customer for three years, and have appreciated their kindness and compassion over the years.

This is a small, decrepit, prescriptions-only pharmacy. Staff is unhelpful, borderline rude. My guess is that the place caters more to homeless people than to ‘regular’ customers, which is fine, but avoid the place all the same if you can.

ALWAYS HAVE AMAZING SERVICE AS WELL AS GREAT ABOUT GETTING AHOLD OF YOUR DOCTOR IF NEEDED BEFORE YOU EVEN ASK. I DON'T THINK THAT I WILL EVER GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY.

Terrible. Looks abandoned and is for good reason. They looked bored in there. As a tech I know that you cannot call as a customer to ask if they have narcotics in stock but a pharmacy can ask another pharmacy in the same chain if they have some in stock. That rph was too lazy to do that. I guess his book was really good

Everyone should transfer their prescriptions to this store. You get personal service and there is never a long wait. The staff is extremely helpful in getting the best price for your medication, if your insurance doesn't cover it. At a glance, the location seems less than desirable, but I have never had any trouble walking to pick up my prescriptions. All around, it has been a very good experience.
