The review from Kristen Gooding is unethical because Kristen is his daughter. Pretty bad to have your daughter post a false review like she was a regular customer. This makes Vincent Vanneman look really bad.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. These people might be OK for homeowner's insurance or other things, but as far as auto insurance goes, forget it. Shop somewhere else. They don't seem to consider their auto insurance customers to be worth keeping. They will not even talk about reducing rates. Why would they? It reduces their commission, and this also causes their management of auto policies is feckless. After two years of this, I went shopping and ended up saving over $700 a year. Run away as fast as you can.

Anna Ford, Vince Vanneman, and Vicki of state farm insurance has been the best service I will ever have in insurance. Always protect yourself , this location is the the most loyal place I have ever known. God bless you !

This agent and his staff could not be any better. We have been with State Farm for many years and the customer service at Vince's office has always been exceptional. Whenever I call Vince's office, an actual human being answers the phone - something that seems to be increasingly rare these days! Vince's office is also easily reachable by email and there are very friendly folks who answer the phone after hours as well. This is a family business that has been around for many, many years and it shows. I cannot recommend this business enough.

I have called twice today in seeking information. Whomever answers the phone is very unenthusiastic about doing her job. In my second call, her simple response was "she sent it an hour ago". I asked which email address she sent it to and her response was "I don't know". I asked if she could take my email again to confirm that it was sent and she was clearly upset that she had to do a menial task. This person is any client's first impression and that impression is of a lazy human being who is unhappy in doing their job. Update: Had to call back twice again to finally get what I was looking for. This conversation was only different in the fact that she said to email her first and then she will send it back. Cannot recommend this place any less.
