I have had the opportunity of meeting Shane, the store manager of the store on 7702 Belair Road, Nottingham, Verizon Wireless. Shane is knowledgeable, professional and committed to helping customers address their cellular needs. He helped my explore and mitigate the intricacies of my wireless service with Verizon. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. However, Shane really stood out. I have over 20 years sales experience and I would love to have him on my staff. He was incredible helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed all the problems the corporate store left me with. He took the time and was attentive to all my needs. He explained every thing in detail and answered all of my questions. I will no longer go to the Whitemarsh corporate store. I will be a lifetime customer at this location and deal exclusively with Shane for all of my cellular needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need ANYTHINGat all = Shane is the man you want to see and this staff is where you belong going. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had! Branson was so helpful and knowledgeable! He even convinced me to treat myself to a IPhone 15 pro for only $5 a month! He also upgraded my phone plan to still be super affordable, but much better! I highly recommend going to see him!

My review and issue is in regards to one representative who quoted me one value for a trade-in ($800) but instead I was given another value ($400). It has been over a month trying to get this issue resolved with promises of emails to supervisor(s) and the opening of tickets to have the trade-in value corrected. I decided to purchase an Iphone 14 within this store based on the quoted value but have since been stuck working out this issue with someone who works maybe three days a week. On top of that, I have been given the same story each time of a 'ticket' to fix the trade-in value. Last time I was in the store I had to sit and watch this ticket be open and provided information that was not given in the past few weeks when we spoke over the phone. This leads me to believe a ticket was not open to fix the current issue.I am willing to change this review rating if the issue is made right but for now I cannot say this store has the best customer service and it is really disappointing. While the difference in amount may seem small to some, if someone tells you one price (or in this case value of an item) and you make a purchase based on that information, I believe it is their responsibility to uphold it. I hope this review reaches someone that can assist in correcting this issue.

Just like I read on another review, if I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would in a heartbeat! I brought my business over from another carrier because I was really disappointed with there customer service. Saturday I came into this location to get 2 IPhone 14 max pro's the young lady helping us was new but trying hard. A young blonde white guy was over her shoulder helping her. He promised these phones would be in that very next Monday. well Monday came and went.. no phones. Wednesday I get a notification 1 phone is in BUT I can't get it until the other one arrives. here it is a week later and I'm being told I have to wait til the middle of December WTH Stay away from this store!

Justin Street was exceptional and gave the greatest customer service I have in my 20 plus as a Verizon customer. I upgraded my granddaughters phone today. Justin was patient, skilled and very knowledgeable. I spent some time in the store and he put my mind to ease and made my experience the best. He is an Asset!!!! Thanks Justin ??

The guys here did a great job of walking me through the process of swapping out and purchasing a new phone. They answered all of my questions, and helped me to understand what I was getting into with the new phone and contract. They acknowledged people as they were coming in, and never made me feel rushed despite how busy it was getting after I had entered the store .
