They say on google that they close at 5 pm, it’s 3:13 pm on a Friday and they are closed. I’m so sick and tired of all the USPS in this area

I had a appointment to get my new passport at this location, that just about five minutes from my house, waited in line than was told the lady in charge of doing the passport is busy you need to go to the White Marsh location on Ebenezer. Now is this lady going to give me gas money to go all the way over to White Marsh and what is pont of making a appointment if they not going to honor it.

Ordered a package from the area, arrived at this post office on the 29th, expected the 3rd. It is the 3rd now and I haven’t received any update about it leaving the PO, meaning it’s been there for over 4 days, and still not even left their office. This aligns with the other reviews saying there is late delivery.

This location does not honor hours of operation. They close early and they open late. Hours posted by the door do not match service hours.

They like to close early. You cannot drop off a package after hours as well if it is larger than an envelope also as they don’t have a package box most other post office spots.

You all can ignore this review but be advised, it is at your own risk. This location has to be hands down, by far, and when I saw by far I mean 2nd place ain’t even on the radar. This is the worst location I have ever been to. Don’t believe me?Ignore this review and see for yourself.

they don't honor passport appointments. they just make people sit there and wait indefinitely. line of people waiting who made appointments. staff couldn't care less means. terrible management

If I could give 0 stars I would my packages have been stolen by a carrier for the third week in a row I keep requesting my packages to be put at myFront door however this never happens I call and contact the post office nobody ever calls me back nothing ever gets done I am tired of re ordering things and then having them stolen please somebody in form me on my options because i am tired of this

Terrible service! Despite what the website states this location does not do walk-in passports on certain days and times. Extremely inconvenient and the website needs to be updated.

What was once a true gem of USPS services representative of pride in giving OUTSTANDING customer service and satisfaction; has turned into an edifice of poor service where even the most basic service of " getting mail delivery to ONE'S home "has major problematic issues and consequences.

Mail was never delivered today and on all days when there was something extremely important that I needed to receive today and my notification informed that it was supposed to be delivered. Tried to contact someone but no response. Even tried to chat online but notice came up there were no agents. Words don’t express my frustration and your only response will be a scripted apology with no accountability!!! The absolute worst!!!

Two of the ladies at the front helped my wife and I beyond their scheduled hours. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They exhibited fantastic problem solving and empathy for our stressful situation. Thank you!
