I went there and said I needed a change of address. The lady behind the counter reached and grabbed three change of address forms and handed them to me without saying a word. The other person behind her was talking about some personal stuff. As I was looking through the forms all they did was keep talking. I felt like they wanted me to leave so I left. Won’t be back.

USPS hires some of the worse customer service reps but won't even give me a chance. They won't even answer the phone or scan my mail for delivery. Quit if you can't do the job

The worst customer service!!! They are super rude to customers they answer with an attitude they don’t even let you finish asking the question when they’re already giving you an attitude answer!! My thing is if you’re not happy working in the customer service industry then look for a different job!! I had an appt for passport their electricity was out they claim they called and left a message to all the appts and I didn’t get nothing! Then they check the list and I wasn’t even on the list all this when I have a confirmation from the usps website! This location really needs to reevaluate or educate their team in adequate customer service!

Customer service at this location(Belair Rd) is pure trash! It should be against the law to have staff/employees with poor communication skills. It wasn’t always this way, I guess they hire anybody now. Get them girls off front line! If anyone is reading this please go to the Post Office on harford Road the ladies/employees there are top tier.

I don’t know who was working this Friday or Saturday, it wasn’t my regular he must was on vacation but I didn’t receive important mail Friday nor Saturday. And last Monday the person put my neighbors mail in my mailbox thank god we are all cool because I had to deliver mail. This is crazy, stop being lazy and do y’all jobs you are getting paid to do. I’m currently asking for an investigation.

So the website says you take walk in passport applications but when I arrived I was told no they don't I asked if they had appointments today she said no so you have no appointments but you also can't take walk ups???

Change the time they are supposed to open up also been calling since Friday or Saturday about not getting my mail that was sent out around Christmas time it’s now January 7th and still having a hard time getting it. Also keep getting other people's mail i get more other people's mail that don't live at my address than people who do live here I said something to the delivery person and they said just leave it and they’ll get it or to write out names on the mailbox and we did that and still get other people mail update I went into the office on 1/16/2024 I was told they do not answer the phone because they do not have anybody to answer the phone but when I went in looks like they had it to me. Here it is 1/22/2025 still waiting on mail from 1/08/2025 and it’s only certain mail pieces at that.
Here it is 2/12/2025 I waited at the door while the mail people delivered the mail waiting to see if I would get my mail that showed up in the delivery app Monday and Tuesday but no mail. This is still the same problem with my mail every time you call they don’t answer when you go up there they have attitude that I keep reporting not to mention the mail keep showing up in my informed delivery

I haven't received my mail in 3 weeks. I moved filled out a forward slip. 3 weeks ago. Now, I pray they aren't moving the mail by covered wagons. And when you go there ,they act really mad . Please forward my mail, please!

The customer service is not good at this location. A couple of ladies had nasty attitudes at this post office branch.
