It was closed during business hours. I don’t get it why. There should be a sign or something at the door to let people know the reason why is closed. I had a passport appointment I arrived early to fill out the application. A lot people came and found the place was closed. They were surprised.

Today 12/13/23,I needed to send a mail, but the postal worker was so rude, I don’t know what’s wrong with this people, She made gestures with her face and eyes as if I was doing something wrong, I asked her if I was doing everything right and she didn't even respond, throwing away the pen. Really disappointed.

I have mail 2 envelopes separately from there and not one of them received its destination. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
