Mis delivered mail has almost put me out of business. Most of us are working from home. I don't know how to appeal to these individuals that their job matters and we completely depend on USPS for accuracy.

Once again I have an issue with the Govans USPS
I have the informed delivery status of when packages should be or are delivered.Today I received an alert of my package delivery,,I received 1 of 2 packages to include tracking number and information,,granted it was extremely HOT today and I filed a complaint with the business who sent the package,,even though informed delivery tracking says my package was delivered and I do not see my package in my mailbox or on my porch anywhere.
As a Former Federal Employee and Veteran I do understand to a certain point of the stress Site Management imposes on the staff at that location.If I do not receive my package by the close of business on July 8 2024 I shall file an investigation through the the Postal Investigative processes. If I were to rate this particular USPS branch and its management it would be a 1.5.

On 6/24/24, I was supposed to receive a package, which was being delivered by the post office. Around 11 pm, I saw that the package was marked as “delivered” and reported that the package was picked up from the postal office at 9:40 pm. Upon checking my mailbox and front porch, my package was not there. The next day, I contacted customer service and attempted to call the Govans post office, which is my local post office. Their phone is constantly off of the hook so customers cannot get through. My boyfriend physically went to the post office due to them not answering the phone. After looking for the package, they told him that they were unable to locate it. The next day, 6/26/24, I received a call stating that they still haven’t found the package. It’s clear that an employee was able to steal my package and management did absolutely nothing about it. How can I pick up something at 9:40 pm when the post office is closed?

Anyone who has dealt with this post office in the past few years cannot ignore that this post office is ghetto, inefficient, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I had proof of mail stolen by one of their postal workers and That is a federal offense she should have been arrested. Since then another pkg was "lost" after it got to that PO. Needs to be investigated by the IG Office ASAP.

This place is beyond the ghetto. Unprofessional, never open on time but always make sure they close on time. The mail is always late. You never get what the informed delivery says you’re getting . Needs to be closed down

I have had mainly good experiences at this post office . My mail gets to its destination amazingly fast (especially considering that this is not Baltimore’s main post office) and the wait time for service is usually a short one.And the most pleasant and personable postal clerk works at this branch. Good customer service is spelled K-E-N-D-R-A. She is patient, communicates clearly and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. She bumps this four star branch to five stars for me.

I’m a new homeowner in the area I place a order from SHEIN & usps was the carrier butunfortunately my package said delivered & somehow no one seems to know where it landed or how to retrieve it also it had a date & time in which my cameras shows no sign of usps on my property at all that day like reallyno I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my package they did nothing to help resolve my issue moving forward I’ll be sure to put under all my orders to not allow usps to pick up my packages

I went to the Post Office located on York Road on 09/29/2023. There was one man before me in line and one at the counter. He talked to a young lady who appeard helpful.... I saw her walk in the back and ignored him when she finally came out. I could not believe she said, "Any one here to drop off a package I can help you."There was only three customers in the place so she knew we did not have a package. The man in front of me and I needed a money order. We waited 20 minutes before another young woman helped us.That kind of thing almost always happens when I go there.I wish there was an option to place a video on here to prove my point.
