Mis delivered mail has almost put me out of business. Most of us are working from home. I don't know how to appeal to these individuals that their job matters and we completely depend on USPS for accuracy.

They will give your mail to anyone, and then you will never see it again.

They keep their phone off the hook. Appreciate the service but would save me trips if they would answer the phone.
