The services are very poor here.The mail may be delivered ar 6pm. put my mail on hold due to a vacy, they still delivered it, They do what they waanna do at this locatiom.

I can’t believe I went to this post office yesterday at 4:30pm to send priority package and gentleman told that he couldn’t sent it because he not a clerk he mail man who just taking mail and giving it out he can’t use the computer or register ask where is the clerk and he responds by saying no clerk came in today I can’t believe it this office need a lot of help and no one helping them

So I moved in my house 7/22 its now 8/22. I still do not have a key to my mailbox WOW!!! Every week its a different story about me getting a key to my mailbox. Its to the point they do not care if I get a key or not!!! I will be going in tomorrow to get me a key in person. Or they can go buy the lock I need out there petty cash. This is crazy:(

"Socks" is a fantastic mail carrier in our neighborhood, but this post office staff needs some help. As if it's not bad enough the whole office closes for lunch break from 1:30 to 2:30pm, they even lock the doors early. I arrived at 1:28pm and the doors were already locked. Knocked on the door and the woman behind the glass at the counter just stared at me. Show some respect and so dissin customers who do their best to get their before closing hours. If you all want a full hour lunch break than divide it up between each other and stop dissin your customers. It's no wonder this office gets such low ratings.

I have so many bad experiences with this post office customer service is horrible they don’t return emails I kept complaining about mail lady not delivering my mail on several occasions on purpose and then we don’t get our mail until late at night I hate this post office I rather go to the main post office on fayette street

I've been waiting on a package to be delivered since November 28th. The tracking page says it's still in transit and it's been in transit for almost 2 weeks. I called this post office and was told it hadn't even arrived there or been scanned in Baltimore so I had to contact USPS and submit a missing package claim. 3 days later I receive an email stating the case had been resolved and an employee from this location repeated the same thing the tracking page says, "It's still in transit to your local post office. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you." No update as to where my package is, why the tracking hasn't updated or a time frame of when it will be delivered. I decided to email the Office of Consumer Advocate and the Office of Consumer and Industry Contact regarding this issue. I've also submitted a BBB review about the company I ordered this package. If I don't receive my package by the end of next week, I will file a BBB claim to get a refund. I paid an extra 39.95 for 2-3 day shipping, so I'm even more irritated by thia. First I had problems with Social Services this year to the point that I had to contact Congressman Mfume's office involved, now this package problem. I don't know what is going on with these government agencies.
