had a certified letter to be delivered from this office. It has been sitting for over a week with a no active scan on it, its is for my lawyer and this Is unacceptable?I work for the post office and this is not how a office should be runed.

Had a mis-delivered package. Over a few days, Ms. Kelly personally tracked it down and made sure it arrived at my place securely. She was nice, professional, helpful and kept me updated throughout. You don’t see this kind of service often :)

Facility is clean and well lit! There was only one person behind the desk working, but another lady opened her window and helped me! Very sweet employees! They also have a self serve kiosk for a few things in case you are in a hurry and don’t want to wait in line! Will visit again!

Doesn't anyone answer the phone down there? Some of the mailboxes at the apartment building I live are broken, so I have to come down to 1000 East Lexington to pick up my mail although I work most days from 9-5. I was trying to get some information from them and there's not even an automated message. I wait for a long time for them to answer then I get a busy signal. I thought that this was the 21st century, but I guess some businesses still operate as though it was the 20th century. Answer the phones! It's your duty to that for your customers.

The delivery person lie and say they came to my door three times never came sent my package to a location Saying that I said for pick up when they changed it for pick up never called back to even tell me that they were not delivering again so rude and unprofessional

Had an issue with my mailbox not opening, Annie resolved my issue right away with a great attitude, thanks!.Edit. It's been weeks, nobody fixed the box, went back, different person, she said i have to go back to the main post office n pay them with proof of id. This girl sounds more sure so 3 stars insteadEdit: i never did anything and it got fixed, i assume the first person was right, back to 5 stars

Nice people, bad experience. Referred to this post office from my local USPS branch on Wolfe St. Was told they could confirm whether or not my change of address application had been processed. Called the number I was provided as well as the one from Google. No answer despite multiple attempts. Went in person, the staff and supervisor were both very friendly and helpful, but neither had the ability to check my change of address. They took my information and said they would call, 3 days and I haven’t heard anything. How does the Post Office supervisor not have authority to check an address??? Overall, a poor experience.

How can a package take 3 days to come from Michigan to here and 6-12 days to get to the other side of the city? Enough is enough! Every other industry in the USA has to deal with the same problems. Why can't the USPS do any better? Absolutely the worst service in my 55 years on this planet and tired of the excuses.
