Absolutely worse customer experiences at any establishment I've ever visited. From terrible, nasty service to unexplainable and inexcusable hours of operation to lack of their own products and supplies. An absolutely awful place.

I used to go to the Fed Hill location but too many issues each time with customer service. So I decided to venture a couple miles away for better service. Best post office in B-More, very helpful and courteous. Typically there are 2 women that work there and they are both great! ?

Typical. One agent. No printers. Couldn’t do any business requiring printing anything. Lady said no idea when the printer would be working. Unacceptable.

I showed up twice at 10am when they say they open. Both times they have kept me waiting at least 20 minutes to open the doors. Worst USPS location I’ve ever been too. No repercussions for poor standards. Avoid at all costs. IF YOU SAY YOU OPEN AT 10 THEN OPEN AT 10. 10 isn’t even early, what is the problem?!?!?

As I’m writing this review it’s 10:12am (they are supposed to open at 10am) and there are 5 of us standing and waiting outside. The lights are off. It is not a holiday and there are no signs posted.

I don’t go to many Post Offices, but I truly say that this one is the worse. The employees take lunch breaks forever! The sign posted on the door reads 3:00 pm reopen, but they never reopen on time. Today I have been out side waiting for 20 minutes. It is now 3:45 pm, they close at 5:00pm.
What a crime it is to take a paycheck for such poor service

It is like a time trip back to the 70's. We can do better!

Closed on a Friday at 11:30 - in the middle of their open hours. No signage explaining the change. There were 4 of us waiting including Amazon to make a delivery.

I arrived at 11:30 am on a Friday and the doors are locked and lights are off. If for some reason this location is closed, the hours need to be updated. There is not even a note on the door to say that they are closed during their “open” hours.

Why are you closed for an entire hour in the middle of the day? At least leave the lobby open to drop off packages.

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING ON HERE, OUT OF FORMS, SYSTEM DOWN, NO INTERNATIONAL MAIL, AND THEY ARE RUDE ON TOP OF THAT.

I can’t take it anymore. They are frequently closed with no indication as to why. I NEED to retrieve my packages but are UNABLE. Switching my P.O. Box from this location.

This post office is an embarrassment to any tax payer. Every time I come in I leave in complete disbelief that anyone could be so rude and incompetent, and I keep forgetting but this time I know I will NEVER come back. The RUDEST clerk told me I needed a customs form for my package and nothing else. I asked where I could find the form and only then did she point me to a table and immediately said “if there are no forms there it means we’re out of forms.” Obviously there were no forms, and obviously she knew but still had me look because why should she bother doing any work. I asked what happened if they were out of forms, and she said I’d just have to go to another post office. My time is just as valuable as hers (and anyone’s) and to not even bother to replenish basic forms to provide a basic service, or to not at least take two seconds to be thoughtful and courteous to customers, is so unacceptable. This office needs to be entirely restaffed or disappear.
