I was trying to help 2 family members since they don’t know English but they were extremely rude about it. Absolutely no patience whatsoever the tone they had was absolutely awful. Some white employees came and the change of attitude was crazy. Some people aren’t able to speak English and that’s ok please be nice to people who have a hard time speaking English. It seemed they were angry because they were about to close but that’s no reason to be rude. I’m way younger and have qualities which people don’t have and it shows for example EMPATHY. If a teenager beats you in professionalism that’s absolutely absurd. If one is gonna hire employees make sure they are professional and not discourteous. It not only ruins the image of the office but the first impression of the employees is horrible it seems they weren’t shown how to be kind in their younger years.

NO,NO,NO Do not enter this place if you are going to process a passport or collect/send mail run from this place go to another PLEASE these employees definitely cannot work there
9/7/24 I had two appointments to process my children's passport, I arrived with the applications and all the necessary documents. In those days we had the effects of a hurricane, lots of rain and wind, we arrived at the show wet while the lady laughed at us for running In order not to get wet in a bad way, she asked for the appointment time, they opened after 4 or 5 minutes and she said you have to make another appointment, the place was empty, I asked to speak to the manager and a lady came out with a mouth full of food, licking her fingers and He vulgarly softened that if I didn't understand that 5 minutes had passed since the appointment time, we should leave or make another appointment. I left the place furious because these employees didn't want to work, they were sitting there eating and laughing at us. I hope someone does something with these employees. unprofessional

They called and cancelled my passport appointment even though it was previously scheduled. Incredibly unprofessional and rude on the phone when trying to seek further information. Clearly do not care about their customers. I will NEVER return to this post office site. Just awful on every level.

UPDATE: they’re now leaving mail on my stairs/in the grass IN THE RAIN because thru don’t wanna walk around the dog bed on my porch. A package with books is ruined because they didn’t want to do their jobs.
No one picks up the phone and then they’re rude in person. I didn’t even speak 3 works before the lady at the desk cut me off to command me to present my ID. Barked at me about needing physical mail (not said on the phone when you call and I’ve NEVER had to present proof of residence before even inquiring about my issue). This is AFTER they failed to deliver a package because my address fell off my box. Because apparently we don’t teach drivers to count houses and make educated observations.
Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.
Have the day yall deserve.

This post office is very race I had a appt today at 10am I arrive before that time and the passport lady was very nasty she told me to come back on other day, when I get there on time. This location need to hire new staff

Poor services. I patronized this post office I was totally disappointed of there services, there especially during the pandemic aound march, year 2020 they were tossing stamp & postage envelop at me from and behind the counter cause of the virus going on in the air, I wasn't happy I felt bad. No one should be treated unfairly that way when you're spending your hard earned money to keep food on the table for them including there family.

I saw the bad reviews and was pretty worried when coming here but actually had a good time. Just had to change my address and the gentleman there got me squared away.

I called 10 different post office locations at 4:10pm in Maryland, and not one location picked up the phone. The net says they close at 5pm? The federal Government needs to hire managers who solve this kind of behaviors and not promote it! This needs to be addressed, and hire people who like to do their jobs. I'm appalled at the way this kind of work ethic is handled. Just look at the customer satisfaction poll!

My boyfriend and I came here for our passports as we had a trip coming up. The lady that was at the front desk was very rude from the start. She was rude to the people ahead of us, so I shouldn't have been surprised when she was rude to us. We got there at 10:45 AM and needed to fill out the form for the passports. As she handed them to us, she said that she needed the filled out forms by 11 AM. Otherwise, she won't accept them. We got them done by 10:55 AM. She rudely asked me, "You don't know where your parents were born?" I responded with "no." If I knew where they were born, I would've I put it down. I felt that that was an unnecessary question to ask. She proceeded to look over my form and said that I would have to reschedule because I filled out the part that she was supposed to fill out. She still had to look over my boyfriend's form, so I'm not sure why she didn't hand me a new one and continue from there. She was rude for no reason. Between the time of her looking at his form and getting his stuff settled, she could've had me fill out the same form. I'm honestly glad that she didn't have me fill out another form. I really did not want her help. She was rude and had no manners. Terrible experience, would not recommend. Honestly, I'm shocked that that post office is still around with all of these bad reviews. Do not go here unless you want poor customer service and people who don't really know what they are doing.
