I went in there a couple months ago and the gentleman working there was helpful. But I've been there 4 days this week and everyday during their "hours of operation" they're closed!! I don't have a car and I work hours that I can't get to another location. Why haven't they closed this location.. Since it's NEVER open!!!!! It's a waste of money.

Never open when it should be. I brought the thing with the prepaid sticker thing and he didn’t take it because there “closed”. I’m very confused I’ve been coming the past week different times there supposed to be open and there never open.

Never put your packages in the mailbox, they steal it from them never put them in the system.

They steal all the packages you put in the mailbox never scan them.The scanners never put them in the system, they are thieves, they should change personnel.

Horrible customer service. Went into the post office several weeks ago to drop off package. All I wanted is an acceptance receipt for a package I was dropping off. Lady refused to give me one. After I started filming her customer service she refused to assist me anymore. She called the police on me claiming I was harassing her when all I wanted was a receipt. She claimed that they cant give out receipts no more because of Covid. Which is not true. Since it was after 5pm the only post office that was open was on Fayette St. I didn't even ask for a receipt. They gave me one without even asking. I asked them if there was some policy about giving receipts because of covid. The young lady at Fayette St. looked at me like I had 5 heads and she said no. I spoke with someone from the Dundalk post office. He apologized for the way I was treated but since it was not his post office he could not do anything. Since this post office is basically a satellite post office of the Highlandtown Post office I spoke with the person who was supposed to be in charge there. He apologized and told me there was no policy about not giving receipts due to covid, but he seemed like her really didnt care after speaking with him for about 10 minutes. He was supposed to follow up with me and it's been over a month and there has yet to have been a follow up phone call.There is no policy with not being able to give receipts.I would not recommend this post office.I know this is a long shot but I would like someone who is higher up in command contact me regarding this issue.
