“Earlier this year I went through the process of (almost) purchasing a cargo van from Sir Michael's and it was SUCH a great process. Nate’s calm presence paired with his willingness to go above and beyond made for such a seamless, comfortable experience. I honestly wish all car salespeople had his energy.I live almost an hour away in MoCo and don’t currently own a car, so I had asked if he could work with me over-the-phone as much as possible so that I wouldn’t have to take more than one trip to the dealership, which could get expensive and/or time consuming.He was gracious about it and even drove the van to a nearby mechanic at my request to get it checked out. No matter where you buy a used car from: I always suggest doing this. I see a lot of the negative reviews here could have been negated with this step. He took it to Chesapeake Auto Service for me (who I also highly recommend) which cost me less than $60 and they did a thorough check.Though the van had passed Maryland Safety Inspection, it did come back with a few minor issues and, without hesitation, Nate said he’d get them all taken care of. Easy. Took about a week, and then the van was ready for me. Didn’t have to lift a finger or pay a dime.The reason it didn’t end up working out is because I wasn’t satisfied with my financing options. This had nothing to do with Sir Michael’s — I had the same experience researching financing options on my own — I just wasn’t satisfied with the rates and the companies that were willing to take on the loan.I have a good credit score, so I didn’t think it’d be an issue or that I’d be faced with subprime lenders… but what I didn’t consider is that financing commercial vehicles for personal use isn’t a given. The more you know. So next time I suppose I will get prequalified/figure out financing before getting this deep in the buying process.Anyways. As I shop for personal vehicles closer to where I live, I am reminded constantly of how superior my experience with Sir Michael’s was. Highly recommend ◡̈”

They called me before 7:30 AM with a full description of the problem, a price estimate and an expected time the job would be complete (later that day). They completed the work as promised and I had my car back Monday afternoon. The cost was appropriate. I am really grateful for this place. They came through clutch when I needed them.”

“Had an excellent experience with Maven Motors! I had accidentally reversed over a plastic bollard and ended up taking the entire front bumper off my car.. I dropped in to MM un-announced on a Sunday (which is meant to be by appointment only) and they were in there working on some other projects! The team were super nice to us and said they could fix the bumper immediately. The price he charged me was extremely good value, only $120 for the entire bumper. I had enquired about pricing at some other spots for the same work and was quoted more than double! I Would really recommend recommend MM if you are looking for friendly, efficient and great value service!”
