They are so nice I love taking my car there because they are honest and Victor is very very good he's an excellent mechanic and I'm one I believe in cleanliness I think we should keep our communities and property clean but a lot of people throw trash all around the property so while my car is being worked on I walk around and I pick up the trash with my trash pickup stick and the guy he came out and said are you working I think he thought I was doing community service ? and I said no I just like things nice neat and clean and he said that's so nice of you he said you come in you get a coffee or whatever you want to drink at no charge.

I took my work truck here to have my rear differential replaced under warranty which took them 15 days after delaying 4 times. As soon as it was installed I took my truck to another shop for other repairs and was told the rear differential was bad as it was making a whiplash noise and would likely break down very soon. I brought this to Mardos attention right away, he wanted me to bring the truck back so he can take a look and nothing more of which I declined because he already held the truck for half a month just to install a faulty part, I was not interested in wasting more time as I use the truck to run my business. He then said "the insurance company hasn't paid me yet", which to me means basically he doesn't want to deal with it or provide a solution. 3 weeks later the rear differential broke down after normal driving and I had to purchase a new rebuilt rear differential which is what I should have done the first time but Mardo sold me a used one which he should have known to not sell certain used parts to customers who have older vehicles (2000 Chevy Silverado).

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I purchased a car wash with my gas only got the car wash to malfunction. They refused to give me my money back or restart it for me. THEY ARE ROBBING YOU OF YOUR MONEY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES TO PEOPLE. DO BETTER, what is wrong with you.

I have been going to Mardo and the guys at US Automotive since I had my first Infiniti G35. The service is excellent and price unbeatable , the work most often comes under warranty which is a comfort. I've even gotten a tow from my front door to the shop. I never feel taken advantage here because I'm always treated like family. Always a welcoming atmosphere. Even Rebecca the office manager has a great disposition. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else. Try them out from oil changes to engine replacements. They do it all to perfection!

IF I could give a negative star I would. I purchased a car wash and when I came to use it the car wash was out of order so I was told to come back. I explained to the gentleman Ajon ( I’m sure misspelled ) told me to come back two days later and I showed him that my car wash would be expired by then and he told me to come back and he would take care of it. So here I am back on the day he told to come back, he’s not here and the guy inside will not even help me. I asked for the mangers name and to leave my number and instead the guy ignored me and waited on the next customer. I explained to him what happened and what Ajon told me and instead of answering me or help me he just ignored me. Poor customer service and I’ll never come here again.
