Female Manager from Jamaica very rude to the customers and most off I have seen her talk to her employees rude. These employees are always attentive and respectful to all there customers. But the manager is always with a attitude. I have witnessed customers and her having shouting matches in the store. I have recently been to the store looking for two of the old employees found out they left due to managers rude and nasty ways which I feel was good for them. The owners need to address the situation. It brings a bad work environment and some of us valued long time customers notice friendly good customer service and those two employees who removed themselves from this place hope all is well to you. Owners need to address this managers attitude.

Nice houseware until you can afford top of the line that is inexpensive. This also includes towels bathroom accessories, etc. Clothes are very cheaply made. Once in a while you may catch a deal on something nice but not offen. They also try to cram to much junk in the space which makes it hard to shop.

Baltimore at Lexington StreetManagement lies about a sign being posted that there are no refunds on merchandise that are outside. There is no such sign, and I was denied a refund for defective items.

Helpful staff lots of common household items lots of toiletries and such clothing isn't great but there are useful articles better for socks and underwear, good amount of gloves hats masks and things like that.

I was disappointed today, the staff had more than enough to shout to each other than to ask customers if they needed assistance. I asked an employee to point me to the men's thermal underwear and he showed me to men's sleeping pants. The inventory was not vast, but a repeat of the same things. And the parking is non existent.
