“I experienced a tire blowout on my personal vehicle while coming out of the Baltimore tunnel. Thankfully, I made my way to the Peterbilt store, where I had the pleasure of meeting Will, the assistant partner manager. From the moment I walked in, Will was incredibly welcoming and attentive.
Not only did he immediately assist me by putting air in my tire, but he also took the time to give me directions to a nearby shop called Royal Auto Repair that provided excellent service. His knowledge and quick thinking made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
What really stood out was Will's commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, answering all my questions with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

“Budget has been the only smooth part of our move. After u-haul did not have the van we reserved the day before our move, budget vans was there for the rescue. They had the vehicle we requested at the time we requested, but even better was how kind and helpful the two women were that worked in the Baltimore shop. We dropped off the van in New York and were also impressed with how kind and professional the NY budget vans location was.”

“There was an extra $56.38 charge on my credit card and the tires kept going down every day and I reported it Lady said when they get another vehicle and they’ll swapped me out, but they never called me to swap me out. Mold on the back passenger seat lots of spills on the seat, then it was miscellaneous things under the seat , The speaker had a hole in it. The car was not cleaned out all the way, but it was OK. I had a funeral go to and then I just kept an extra days to go to Chemo.”
“So I was on the bus going to a field trip for school and there was a Ryder driver that was next to us. I’m not sure who he was but he was awesome. When we were doing the honk gesture to semi trucks nobody was honking until he saw it and honked. Everyone on the bus was happy and exited. We are still taking about 1 months later. The driver was driving the truck with the license plate 2657946 and we were on the highway for like 20 minutes and when I looked down it was 10:50am. I’m not sure who it was or if anyone in charge will see this but if you do I would like you to thank him for min behalf of everyone on the bus. I’m only 14 but I know if I need help I’m calling Ryder first. This experience has made my day and I am for sure using Ryder later in life one day. The driver kindness is so awesome I can’t believe it. It’s hard to find people who are nice like that. Thank you so much and for anyone who reads this I would recommend Ryder. Thanks!”
“Try to come from the south. The entrance is very narrow. In order to unload or upload you need to call the central office. The parking lot is convenient and fast unloaded. You can stay overnight. Friendly staff works quickly.”

“GHETTO. I got what I needed, it was just unprofessional.
There weren't any clear signs of where to enter. There is some parking once you get in. It is clean and organized. There also weren't any clear signs of where to be serviced. So i choose the wrong lane and was ignored by 2 employees. Its sad I had eye contact with these 2 employees ? who did not greet me give assistance or where to be serviced nor let the working cashier know I was waiting. Being honest the cashier was helping a customer. Also another customer with a known issue came in and they started talking.Once the cashier noticed me she greeted me well but choose to continue enjoying her time at work versus taking care of the customer before her. It took to long to jus buy a bundle of boxes. Smh”

“Highly recommend this place! I went on 6/11 to get a hitch installed on my miata. They got it done in ~1 hour and it was very cheap! A man and woman were at the desk at the time, I forget their names. But they were very sweet and professional!”

“It started out with me having trouble using my phone to complete my reservation but luckily while I'm the parking lot, the desk person showed up and assisted me in the check out procedure. I've had dealings with this guy in the past and to his credit, he's a very good salesperson who goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied ( thank God for him) and treated with respect.”
