Excellent experience at Trible's. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help me locate parts. Both times I had to visit the part was not available in the Baltimore store and needed to be picked up from upper marlboro. Both times they offered to have it shipped to the store for free but unfortunately I needed parts then and there so I made the drive down to Upper Marlboro each time. But your employee Tyler really goes above and beyond. It's been a pleasure having him assist. He really knows how to take customer service to the next level. I highly recommend this location.

The employee (Tyler) was patient with my questions and concerns. After he understood my (Thanksgiving Eve) gas oven challenges, he provided exactly the solutions, approximately how long it could take to repair, and what to expect... In each, he was exactly correct. It also cost less than I'd expected...Perfect! Thanks!!

With the understanding that the store owes me nothing. I called as I was going to be one minute late coming through rush hour traffic. I was so relieved when the worker assured me that he would hold the door open for me when I got there. When I got there at 5:01. He was outside with a smirk and an excuse. Primed for argument and blame. Aside from his entitled attitude as he would want to mislead and argue with an adult. I'm sure the store is great.

Place was good at first sale.My advice is do not return a part.They argued that the part had been installed before I returned it.Then when I assured them that it didn't even get removed from the box,they pretended to credit my account.Only after I left and got home did I realize that they handed me back my original sales receipt not the credit receipt.Shysters through and through.

I visited Trible’s 3x one Saturday to fix my dryer. Crystal and Dan were awesome each time I came in. I’d call to see if they had a part and, without asking, it would be at the register when I arrived. Dan stayed a few minutes late on Saturday to finish my order. Very customer centered focus which I found refreshing in this day, age and culture.

I ordered a part that needed to be shipped from another branch. Things didn't go as planned due to software issues (no one's fault). With limited resources Dan the man was able to help me get details on my part's arrival, which helped me deliver band news to our client in a timely manner. Also thanks for helping me spot my toddler daughter who was playing hide n seek in your lobby lol.

They were very helpful. I was trying to find a part that is no longer made. They suggested a substitute, it really wasn't the right thing, and I returned it. A little inconvenience, but they were decent.

I was looking for a specific lightbulb for my older fridge that went out. My usual appliance store didn't have it but did a search and recommended Trible's Inc. I called to double check they had the part and sat on hold without being answered. We decided to head that way anyway, the address we had been given was wrong so I called again to confirm address and that they had my part.The gentleman that answered asked me to confirm the type of fridge I had, I asked for him to confirm that he had 22 watt lightbulbs, since most modern fridges do not take that wattage. He confirmed and said he had a ton of lightbulbs. When I asked him to confirm he had a ton of the wattage I needed, he became very rude saying that he wasn't going to just go look because there were a lot of them. I asked if he could look it up on the computer, to which he said he couldn't. At this point, he continued to be short and rude and refusing to actually answer my question if they had the right lightbulb. I told him that due to his mannerisms, we would not be coming to the store.In times like today, the way the business treats the customer is of upmost importance. I was not making a ridiculous request, just asking for confirmation a part was in stock. I will never use this store and don't recommend it to anyone.

First time using Trible for a Kenmore dryer part. Picked up a part (in stock) yesterday, part worked perfectly. Customer Service was Excellent! Thank you Team Trible for an excellent experience. :-)

The staff are rude and for some reason make you feel rushed. They’re simply a parts department by no means there to help you find what you need. If you don’t have the part number they won’t even entertain questions as if there a hassle. Every business out there wants to be busy so I’m not sure why their not full of smiles and more staff. No good morning when you walk in or simple attention say like “ we’ll be with you in a moment” like cmon simple stuff that goes a long way. Put some coffee out knowing you’re keeping people waiting that are most likely on the clock. I was not impressed when I spoke to a woman over the phone and the disappointment was laminated when I went to the store in person.
