I can't more highly recommend Trent. I originally worked with Trent when I first purchased my home in Baltimore. I was so impressed with him that I decided that I use him as my selling agent nearly 10 years later. He has a wealth of experience in the Baltimore real estate market and is exceptionally professional and helpful in navigating both the home buying and selling process. Demonstrating his clear passion for his line of work, he consistently went well above and beyond in his efforts to facilitate the negotiating and closing process. I have never met (or even heard of) any other realtor like Trent who is willing to coordinate with contractors, repairmen, stagers, etc. on their client's behalf. Trent is great to work with, very responsive and knows the area so well. I love that he is so engaged in our community. Recently Trent helped us buy and sell a property at the same time. The purchase was tricky because we had to negotiate with a relo company, and he managed all of that. Our old house sold in 2 days!

We were fortunate to have met Trent as the selling agent when we first moved to Baltimore. We quickly got to know him not only as a realtor but a dear friend. Trent has the ability to make newcomers feel welcome and included us his group of transplants to Baltimore city. Trent will go above and beyond to help in any possible way he can and we are most appreciative. Not only is he friendly and knowledgeable but very detail oriented and professional. Trent helped my wife and I purchased our first house in Baltimore. He helped us in every step of the process. Trent knows everyone in Baltimore. When there were things to repair and we didn't know who to contact, we contacted Trent for recommendations. We have had handyman, plumber, electrician, roofer that worked on our house, all recommended by Trent, and all of them did high quality repair work. Last year, our family relocated out of Baltimore. We asked Trent to help us sell our house. He got us a buyer after 1 open house. Amazing! We trusted Trent with his knowledge of RE market, we followed his recommendation on selling strategies and we trusted him to negotiate the best deal for us. When you have someone you trust, you can get optimum results. Trent is definitely the first person I will contact if I ever go back to Baltimore to purchase a house.

Trent is a great realtor, and more importantly a great guy. He helped us look at a number of places in different neighborhoods in Baltimore before we found the perfect house in Butchers Hill. Trent is a fantastic, I wouldn't work with anyone else. Not only did he do a great job guiding me through the process of buying a home but he was also there for me after the fact. We had a few issues with our home and Trent was instrumental in getting help from the builder to fix these issues. He responded to texts, called me back and is very reliable. He's got a great network and made multiple recommendations to different contractors to fix small issues that popped up. I honestly can't imagine where I'd be if I worked with someone else.

Trent has sold us two properties, one in Baltimore one in Annapolis and has now sold a house for us in Baltimore. He knows the Baltimore & AA Counties intimately. I used Trent to sell my house after a very disappointing experience with the first realtor I contacted. What a world of difference! Trent responded immediately and was very reassuring throughout the entire process. With his guidance, I got an offer at asking price less than 48 hours after listing! He is very knowledgeable of the process and the area. When work needed to be done after home inspection - he knew people to contact and took care of all of the scheduling, details and negotiations to ensure a smooth process. He now has a client for life. I plan to use Trent for any home purchase or sale I make in the future.
