I’m not petty I’m giving them five stars even though the ring I brought to be evaluated, turned out to be fake diamond. All jokes aside great customer service even if it was in a bad neighborhood. But there aren’t many good ones in Baltimore anyway.

I went to a restaurant in the same plaza/mall as this store. I was walking around after lunch and saw this place. I asked them to verify my recently purchased diamond ring. They were very nice, thoroughly examined the ring and estimated a fair price. They have good inventory too. Will return as a customer.

I puchased a wedding set a year ago cost me $2k financec thru mariner finance. I just got married took the rings to get cleaned the jewler says for what they only valued at $100. I been wearing these rings on my right hand and look. They have burned mu finger and im not even lying. The rings are fake!!!!

While shopping for a necklace I received excellent customer service from Saad and Zeek. They were very professional, polite, and informative. They were able to meet my needs and the cost was really reasonable. Treasures has quality jewelry and was cheaper than the other jewelry stores I surveyed. I will be a repeat customer and recommend this store off of this experience alone.

What an AMAZING experience!!! Shopping for wedding bands, fate would have us walk by and be greeted by CJ. His customer service and knowledge was, IS impeccable. Eventhough, he found THE perfect rings..he let us go store to store without pressure. With confidence he set them aside and said," see ya in a few"..LOL He was right, no one came within an inch of his customer service and expertise. We are BEYOND please with our purchase! Kudos! OMG John saved my life! I had a bangle stuck on my wrist and a scheduled MRI for tomorrow. He took great care in cutting the bangle off and even soldered it for me! While I waited, Eddie educated me on Rolex watches and diamonds. This place is full of love and knowledge! I highly recommend them!
